Didn't get what I originally ordered on December 9
On December 20 you texted called and emailed me about stock issue... so it took 11 days to figure out you didn't have my original order available... Also
I'm 100% sure I ordered sound with my lightsaber.
Possible it was damaged in transit.?
Still really cool but on my receipt I had paid for sounds. Not dissatisfied, not satisfied.

I specially requested speedy shipping and was prompted that my order would arrive in exactly two days. I didnt see my order for over a week and a half making the Christmas gift late. I understand the holidays are hectic but a delay warning or something wouldve been nice instead of keeping the arrival date the same.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
