While the service charge work I had requested done was completed, there were items missing from my order when it was delivered. Items I was promised would not be excluded or forgotten by the customer service representative.
The order was delivered on March 9th and after having sent out over a dozen emails requesting support regarding my missing item, it is now April 29th and I've received zero responses.
I'm very disappointed and frustrated by Ultrasabers' lack of customer service during this time. The extended lead times because of current events are understandable, but almost 2 months without any response regarding my missing items is unacceptable.
I have given Ultrasabers over $700 worth of business in the last 3 years. To be ignored like this when items I paid for are missing from my order is completely disrespectful, especially as a multi-repeat customer.

Bad wiring in last saber was very dissapointing your resistors are very poorly placed and iv had to fix 4 of my friendssabers as well. Shipping with this order was even more of a hassle. Id be curious to know if ordering individual parts and self asembling would be faster. But two weeks passed a 4 week lead time was ridiculous. And almost missed the birthday that i ordered this product for in the first place.
The package was missing the tool that is needed to replace the wand.
Overall great experience. I purchased mystery boxes and I am never disappointed with what I receive they are all high quality!
These were fir my son he is absolutely delighted with the products. We expected that during Covid they may not arrive but they did. It was quick and they all look great.

It took a LONG time to get the saber. I know we are in strange, challenging times right now so it is understandable but it's very hard for a 10 year old to wait until late April to receive their main Christmas present. Great product, he was super excited during the unboxing and even made a YouTube video of it.
Costumer Service people were kind, but overall, the money spent on the product was not work waiting Multpile months

Late delivery but once contacted Ultra Sabers did a good job at delivering a soon as possible. I have friends who ordered sabers the same day and still haven't received them and haven't even gotten an email response.
Was overall please with my ultra saber,just had an issue with the set screw not being long enough and make the blade wobble while swinging it.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
