Product was delivered in appropriate time (considering international shipping), looked exactly as it did in the picture and I wasn't disappointed.
Received my mystery box fairly quickly after the holiday rush and I am very satisfied. It ended up matching my other Grab Bag saber I had previously purchased, just in a different color. Love the AV switch on it! I get tons of compliments from other people as we duel on how well they handle stress, how sturdy the blades are, and the quality of craftsmanship! Will definitely be buying more in the future!
Email response time is slow. I asked for an update on my order 10 days after placing said order. An email response was received more than 48 hours later. Also, shipping occurred well later than the 8-10 day lead time.
1 small alan key screw was missing and i ordered 6 sabers and not 1 of them had sound which sucks big time but is fine i guess but also i was missing 1 of the screws which pisses me off big time. If you guys sent me a screw id change this rating to a 5 star with a quickness

How you make an order is well explained and process is good.
Although they don't have a stock of the hilt that i want the customer service and feedback of the order is very good and fast.

This is the second lightsaber I have purchased from UltraSabers. The first was from a convention in early 2017. Great quality products and great customer service!
After placing an order I had immediately contacted them to cancel the order. 5 days later I was contacted and told that there would be a 20% restocking fee for a product that wasnt assembled.
I received the order today 21 days after it was placed.
I have been eyeing the crimson scorpion for a while now and I finally decided to get one. I'm very pleased with my choice. From the look and feel of the saber to the color of the blade. Not to mention timely fashion in which my order was shipped. Over all I had a good experience ordering from Ultrasabers.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
