Website was fairly easy to navigate, although grab bags and mystery boxes were a little hard to find. The processing and shipping took about two or three weeks which was expected even with the Christmas season. Packaging was secure and all sabers arrived intact and beautifully functional.

Was great experience although for living so close to where your shop isn't located it felt like it took forever to get here. I know that's not your fault just something I thought could help.

I ordered this for my fiance and he absolutely loves it! He actually wants to come back to the site and order another one for his dad! So glad I found Ultrasabers!

Love my light saber but, was really disappointed with the fact that it said to please allow 6 to 10 business days for fabrication it took 14 which translates to almost one month.

More clear instructions on what is included or not (were Swedish with good English knowledge and it was hard).

Although it took a little longer that I liked, I bought two mystery sabers and I couldn't have been happier with them. Two great quality sabers, no issues what so ever. So much better than what I had to deal with when I bought a saber from Saberforge.

This was my first saber purchase and the order went smoothly. Saber arrived about 2 weeks after i ordered it with every feature on the saber present with the customizations I requested. I look forward to possibly ordering another saber in the near future.

I placed an order for a saber and when it arrived it was amazing! Though it came 2 weeks later than when its estimated time frame. That was a little disappointing but Im patient. The part that left me confused was that the box was cut in half when it arrived. The bubble wrap inside protected the saber but the box slid right off in two pieces.

Overall great experience, would and already have recommended ultrasabers to friends.

Excellent craftsmanship and quality! I ordered the Fulcrum and Lost Gray sabers along receiving the free goodies (spinner, t-shirt, blade plug, initiate saber, & grab bag saber) as part of the winter/Christmas sale. It was well worth the wait!

I ordered my saber exactly a month ago as of this review, and I finally received it about a week ago. I got very little information about the whereabouts of my purchase even though I asked for updates on shipping. The product was great: exactly what I wanted. But the customer service definitely left things to be desired.

Absolutely love the saber. I also ordered a stand but it didn't come. Didn't contact customer support because it's no big deal.

Ultrasabers has great quality and is usually the cheapest on the market. The hilts and blades hold up extremely well under combat conditions and also look great on display. Ship times are usually less than a week after the order unless you order during a high volume time (like during the huge Christmas sale) and arrive in perfect condition.

Though, it took awhile to get here, everything is there and in good condition. All I can say is that it was worth it.
