Saber took a month to get here. I tried calling them after three weeks but mailbox was full, so I E-mailed them, took a few days but they did get back to me. Saber is great.

Initially saw a lead time of 6-10 business days when I placed my order, but later saw a revision of 10-15 business days after I had reached out for more info on expected shipping date. I am definitely pleased with my product though, and I have a better expectation of lead time for my next purchase.

The Lightsaber Is Amazing Just Don't Go With FedEx 2Day Shipping I Paid For The 2 Day And It Took a Whole Week and a Half To Arrive.

Had a hard time getting to batteries. My husband happens to be a machine and was able to go in behind the light to open. Looked like the little round speaker was put in at an angle and got wedsged in. We worked it out, but looked to be an error on who put together, plus we had to put in new batteries. These wrere dead! Overall my son is still happy. So not a complete fail! Also note. Add more instructions.
The saber itself is wonderfuly made but some of the carved areas on the emitter from the machine are still rough to the touch and could cause some unintentional self harm if you're not wearing gloves. Even then your gloves might get some damage from getting caught.
So over all it's a fantastic saber but it needs a little cleaning up with a file.
Took longer than i thought but to be expected due to christmas and the new movie. So happy with it! There is a slight rattle on the LED unit however it should be fine and hasnt fallen out yet! Seems to be held in by a metal ring.
It is a nice saber except When I put it together it did not really work out well. I feel as if the amount of money I paid for it shouldve been a nicer one.
I really like the sabers, I have multiple. This saber I ordered for my son's birthday the website said to allow 8-14 business days. I thought I ordered it allowing for plenty of time to get it for his birthday, It took almost a month before the saber shipped, I ended up printing a description of the saber to show my son what would eventually come his way.

The saber itself is nice the issues I have was the guarantee 75 dollars and up yet the saber I received was basic 74.99 with nothing else added. Thought the whole point of these boxes is to get something a little better value at 75 not a random 74.99 dollar saber. My second issue is the led they sit loose and you can hear them hit the sides in the handle. Third issue is the battery it's hard to get it out and they don't give you enough wire to really pull it out so It feels like they will rip off over time.
I contacted support to see when the eta was for shipping, I received a email back with aditude saying 6-10 days. I never received a email conformation never received a thank you nothing beside the Amazon payment. After 12 business days I contacted them again for something, anything since my account never showed a purchase on it yet I was charged. I was told it should ship out in the next two days and it did on day 14. Three shipping days later I finally received it. But the link they sent me did not work it gave my and error to track it. So I had to contact then again for the actual tracking email.
My issue is the fact that it took so long for them to ship them. On the site it shows them pre boxed up and random ready to go. Yet the saber I received was in paper and not very random I feel. So I wounder what they actually show to the sabers they actually ship. Seems like everyone received the same silver with gold saber expect the people who got lucky. I feel because I kept contacting them that I received a junk saber out of spite I could be wrong but it's just how I feel.
If you want a saber buy one. I'll be avoiding the mystery box from them from now on. I'm trying out saberforge next to see the difference in the two companies.
But I will say this at least ultrasaber responds to emails saberforge does not at all.
I think your products are quality and therefore are worth it, but the rate at which an order is placed and which it is received is extremely slow.
Ordered the Archon v3.1 with light sound.
Took a couple of days extra to ship than quoted but that didn't matter in the end. Arrived quickly once shipped; looks fantastic and is exactly what I expected if not better.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
