Love the product. Lead times are a little long. There is no customer service support for email inquiries - just a blanket reply. In fairness, I haven't called and will have to do that and see if that's better. I will buy from them again.
I made a mistake on my first order getting an empty hilt instead of the stunt saber i wanted. When i emailed you guys about i waited weeks for a response. Then after agreeing to make the changes to my order, you promptly shipped the empty hilt without the changes. I placed a second order to get the saber i actually wanted. Now i have been waiting 2 months without a word. My order just says "processing". Now i have this useless empty hilt, and paid a second time for the saber i wanted but doubt i will ever receive.
Could use better customer service support or contact, but amazing products!
Took a long time but completely worth the wait. Customer service was great and really cared.
My son has emailed 3 times about his light saber. After turning it on, the light flickered then didn't work again. There has been no response.
Took some time to come in, but what can you expect when you're getting custom lightsabers. Fun product, well built, and lightweight. Easy to swing around.
Even with Covid 19, you still got my order out within timeframe

The sabers overall are amazing and fun to duel with. The only problem was that the customer service still had yet to ever get back to me. Luckily everything arrived just a bit later than expected. Glad I bought and will buy again.

Op 9 april bericht dat Ultrasabers pakket heeft verstuurd en op 14 april kwam het pakket binnen.
Kwaliteit is goed
Delivery time was longer than I thought it would be. However with all that is going on in the world I understand. What I did not understand was the lack of communication. No update that my order was delayed, and it took a very long time and 2 separate emails before someone actually responded to me. Product is top notch and amazing. Customer service needs some work and/or more manpower.
There was a wait for it, but it was worth it. The color came out beautifully and it complements the hilt they chose for me. (I got the grab bag deal) All in all I can't wait to take it to indi con. Whenever that will be available again...
I waited almost two and a half months for something that should have been two day delivery. The saber is wobbley no matter how much i safely tighten it down, kind of concerning.
I waited 9 weeks for my order but I loved the fallen hilt I received but my free initiate was broken! I contacted them when I received it they haven't responded yet but overall I am happy I just want my free lightsaber to be fixed!
Ordered 2 sound sabers and 1 of them just makes a high pitched wine sound, worked great for 3 weeks
Product was received in a timely and efficient manner, and was of the expected quality. Very impressed and hope to return for any further saber needs!
Everything was fine except it took 6 weeks to recieve the item.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
