I am glad they included instructions for the saber but I wish they had instructions on how to customize the audio and colors.
I ordered my saber early march and received it a little over a week and a half later. As I have seen that other people have ordered there sabers and still have not gotten them I found this to be one of the fastest shipping times I have seen. I was very impressed with my saber, I ordered The Guardian with Obsidian Premium sound and I would say that it is the most impressive saber from all of the saber companies that I have seen come and go. There were two little problems, one at the beginning of my order that I had discovered that I ordered the wrong switch for my saber, I emailed them about it and it took them a few days, due to the fact that I ordered it on a weekend and then on the Monday afternoon I saw a response that told me the needed instructions to change the order after it told me that I could not. Then after I received my order I discovered that my extra blade was missing, so back to the email list and again a fast response, in about six days I received my blade and

I bought a lightsaber for my son and he loves it. He wanted it for cosplay. He has been playing with it all day today.
Overall the experience went well till received my order. When I went to pull the battery tab to activate the soundboard a little pan head screw fell out from within the hilt. Not sure where it goes but it must do something. There is a little chatter from the internals when the hilt is shaken a little. Saber still works though.
I love that you can customize the saber. I'm really happy with the options I chose and the blade color I went with is beautiful
I got a really good Mystery Box, Dark Sentinel LE in Guardian Blue with Lite sound, couldn't be more happier =] My favorite saber set up too. Been wanting a Dark Sentinel LE in Guardian Blue for awhile so I just got lucky. Can't recommend Ultra Sabers enough. May the Force be with you all

Fantastic high-quality products that are built to last. We put our Ultra Sabers through some intense training and they hold up extremely well. Numerous drops, regular blade to blade contact with minimal to no issues. Highly recommend Ultra Sabers for any lightsaber enthusiasts. Look great on a wall and can take a beating in the field. The saber was not only awesome and well crafted but the perfect gift for a friend as well. Full and bright colour and well made handle. I highly enjoy the saber I ordered, and the friend who received it was happy too.
