I understand the very high demand for these products. My only suggestion would be for the Ultrasabers staff to be more diligent with your customer support. Customers don't like to be left in the dark and sending a follow up email on the status of the order would give more peace of mind.

I love my saber that I bought from Ultrasabers at Salt Lake Comic con. There are so many customizable options that makes the website look really cluttered and all over the place. I probably wouldn't have bought from them if I were to open up the webpage due to the clutter and weird order you chose to customize the saber. I still highly recommend these guys for a job well done. I would like to buy from them again.

Ive been on the fence about buying a quality saber for years. I researched and drooled over many from various manufacturers. I decided on the mystery box for the price ($75 choice) to get my feet wet. A dark scorpion with the emerald driver arrived. I definitely lucked out on the random selection! I must say that the design is more epic than I could have picked for myself. I love it and I will certainly be gifting mystery boxes for some of my close friends. The delivery came early and everything was as expected. The driver customization took a little bit to figure out (there are actually two USB connection ports due to the two separate drivers). Once I played around with the launcher for a half hour I got the hang of it. Excellent product, awesome initiative with the mystery box. Keep up the awesome work!
