Only complaint is the full mailbox when I called! Bane's heart is a BEAUTIFUL color and my boyfriend and I now duel regularly. He LOVES the saber (it was his gift) I have one in Sunrider's Destiny and they look great together.
Tried to contact. No response. Had to initiate a chargeback to get my money back. This company is terrible, and offers zero customer service. Stay far away.
The only problem I had was that the blade was slightly bent
I bought mine like any regular customer would for the first time, I wait a month for them to tell me they are out of stock on a particular item that would make me wait 12-14 weeks for the exact saber I ordered to come. I decided to change my order, it wasn't a huge problem, fast forward to me getting my saber, they had forgotten to add my charger that I paid additional money for, so I email them and don't hear back for a month, by now I buy another charger off the website because I need it. I bought the exact same charger with it, and paid an additional ten dollars for it to come with batteries. And they didn't give me the batteries with the charger when the package arrived. Overall the saber is cool, but they forget many things that make you wonder if it's worth all the money spending on this sight. I'm happy with my saber, but it took me awhile to get all of my things, and I still haven't gotten my money back from what they missed.
Great Mystery Bag saber! I personalized it with a thumb screw at the blade attachment site and a Paracord wrap around the handle.
Wasn't a lot of communication about my order until I reached out to them more than a month later. Got an email response that it would ship within 2 business days. In about a week from there it finally shipped and arrived a few days later. I like the product for what it is, and the time it took I understand. I just wish there was more transparency about the time it took like an updated ETA.
The price is great. Hilts pretty solid. I got an empty hilt so I can have a sound card that supports smoothswing. When everything is done it will be my new favorite lightsaber.
Something to be aware of, the claws on the ravens can get loose if you wack the saber too much. Mines just for cosplay so it suits my needs.

When the lightsaber came it was red instead of purple the blade screw fell out and there was multiple scratches. I would not recommend this place to a friend.
Fast response times and great delivery
Ultrasabers based on my research of lightsabers is honestly the go to for an economic lightsaber. They make the sabers with a very consumer mindset in place, personally I would highly recommend buying their sabers if you just wanted your first lightsaber. You're paying for a standard setup usually ranging from under 100 which is pretty good if you don't want to spend too much for your buck, but really get a quality product.
I had to contact twice to check on order shipping time-frame. Son loves product but it took approximately 7 weeks to receive. I assume that was just a supply challenge and not the norm so would order again.
Overall, very pleased with how everything worked out considering the lockdown... This was a birthday gift for my daughter and she couldn't be happier... I've now bought one for each of my kids, and hopefully someday will finally get one of my own...
I ordered the Fallen saber (black handle) and I'm very satisfied. Its of great quality and it took a lot less time to make the product and ship it that I thought.

I ordered the Raven model saber empty hilt, that did not come with the claws on the model. I tried to email regarding this issue and have yet to hear back still, despite being over the 4 week period that was stated. I am very displeased with this, especially since the claws are not a separate item, but a part of the base model. There is no excuse for missing out on a component of an item whatsoever. It's not like its another item that was added to the transaction, like a blade plug.
Easy and simple I get that it took a while because of corona but got here on time and I'm very happy with the order
Products are good, it just took forever and a day for them to ship it.

Customer service responded as quickly as the currecnt global situation and the back up allowed. My order was received within a week of the response. And my spectre is amazing. The removable emitter is fantastic. It holds up to my children and i playing aggressively with our sabers. I just placed another order for enough sabers for my family.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
