The light saber its self it well made and very vivid. There is a bad rattle in it. I found out it was the battery inside hitting the metal. I figured this problem could be fixed with more velcrow.
I go the saber the one lightsaber sounds wire is loss but I got that fix and working great but they need change the wire it little to cheap wire and they needed little strong wire be better.
I now own four sabers from US: one stunt saber, one with Obsidian V4/Emerald, and two with the Diamond controller. Yes, Diamond sabers are expensive. They're worth every penny to me. The Catalyst is my favorite so far: elegant, light, and extremely comfortable to wield. Turnover was spectacularly fast: I ordered at 11am on a Friday, it had shipped by 4:45pm the same day, and it was in my hands the following Monday. Looking forward to my next saber, though my short list grows daily. Keep up the great work, Ultrasabers!
Ive been doing buys from Ultrasabers.com since May 2018. From where they ship from to where Im at, the shipping is a normal 3-5 days. Didnt foresee that theirs show would mess up the normal shipping days.
But with a quick letter and a response, with in a day, I was able to chat with 1 of their reps to see where my Ultrasaber Reaper was at...

I loved not knowing what I'd get from my $75 mystery box even though I have a con only a couple days away and am going as darth talon, to my sweet surprise not only did I end up getting the dark ini. Le with sound but it was also red which works out perfect! Can't wait to buy more
Everything was great with that mystery box purchase. Only down thing is my most recent order I could not get the 10% spring discount code to work so I paid full price for my hilt but that's not the end of the world as I really wanted to build a crossguard for my ultrasabers collection

People from ultrasaber answered all my questions in a few days time, they were very patient with me and helped me make the decision to order the Guardian saber I wanted.
Ordered a saber, then changed my mind and asked for fairly large changes to the order 24 hours after. All the changes I wanted went through with plenty of help from the employees i dealt with. Very happy with saber and service and would definitely order again and recommend to a friend.

Overall I like the product very much. My order was delivered to Austria within 10 days, which exceeded my expectations. I had a few difficulties with all the options for the saber and wished, there had been be a better description for some things though.
I love the sabers I got. The only issue I have with them was chips in the paint other than that I got what I had ordered

I absolutely LOVE my lightsaber. I ordered it about a week and a half before a convention, and I was a lil nervous that it wouldn't come on time, but they shipped it the very next day and it got to me within the week! Will totally order from here again :)
