Once again, UltraSabers came thru. Quick delivery and the product itself more than I could have wanted. Very well constructed. Couldn't be happier.
I'm extremely satisfied with the custom saber I had made. My rating only slightly dropped due to a lack of communication from customer service.
I sent an email, and two Facebook messages. I got no replies to any of those.
I had placed my order and realized I chose a wrong option than what I would have preferred. I couldn't edit the order after it was submitted, and I was hoping I could get an easy change.
Other than that, great saber, and speedy delivery.

Amazing build quality and nice hilt design... cant wait to make it my own. Added menace emitter a few. 75" tcss extensions, graflex clamp and red clamp card. Gonna be amazing

Should have paid extra for sound... overall great, the only thing I dont like is how it said grey for the blade color, its just white. Works great as a flashlight though.
Ordered the $75 Mystery Box, got a really nice Adegan Silver stunt saber (no sound but that's okay, it was 75 bucks). I'm happy enough with it that just today I ordered the $200 Mystery Box w/guaranteed sound - and a pack of the color discs for my stunt saber. Just a suggestion to the UltraSabers folks - maybe consider including a card with the Mystery Box saber outlining how the enclosed saber is configured.

5 out of 5 stars... if they keep making sabers like this with this quality and the diversity and resemblances as seen in the various pre trilogy sabers from the movies they are goung to earn many new fans and sell many more to fans like me who have enjoyed their sabers anyway for years.

Shipping was perfect, order was well packaged and I reviewed the saber on a video. This was an early birthday gift to set up more gear for the actual party so I was excited that it was a higher rank saber and the color I guessed and sound font I guessed Correctly before opening. So it was pretty much meant to be, thank you for the excellent saber, ultrasabers!

While they are extremely pricey and we weren't able to get sound, they are beautiful and sturdy! We've had lots of fun with them so far and will serve their purpose for our wedding ceremony.
