This is the second order I have replaced with Ultrasabers. I am in the quality control industry for starters. I know we as humans make mistakes or forget things sometimes, but with 2 orders I have placed, I have had issues with both. First order had an extra screw fall out of the hilt. Saber still works so I guess the screw may not be needed?!? Second order, ordered two sabers on this one, one saber had all parts needed, but on the second saber, both blade retention screws were completely missing. Had to go to hardware store to get the screws so my four year old could enjoy his new saber. Mind you, I gave him a choice of the two and he happened to choose the one he couldnt use till we got the parts, if you could of seen the look on his face when I said you cant play with it yet buddy. This wouldnt have bothered me if I would have gotten it because the little guy could have played with HIS saber from the get go. Just a reminder, step up the QC please. Thanks.

I got the dark apprentice v4 with blazing red blade an v4 soundboard, haven't been able to put it own since,. I will definitely be returning and making another light-saber from ultrasabers in the future!
