Love Ultrasabers. Pretty much my new obsession. As a new star wars fan, I have really enjoyed being able to buy the mysteryboxes and be surprised at the saber that I end up receiving. All of them are really high quality, and I tend to show them off everytime someone comes over. I will continue to buy from Ultrasaber!
This is my second time buying a lightsaber and as before I am pleased with the product. The pictures of each design are great because I like to buy lightsabers that are custom made.
Quick easy orders fast and easy devivery
It was easy enough to review what options I chose on my lightsaber and I used amazon pay for checkout. Very easy and simple. Make sure you or someone you know can sign for the delivery, or contact FedEx once you have a tracking number to arrange delivery with them.
Wish my coupon could have been applied after my order. Asked within 10mins, as a few customer, i was not aware of where to put the code in which was posted on the home page... wish it was just automatic, lost out on about ~60 bucks. Product and service was great otherwise.

Delivery time was good. Love the sabers I got. Only small issue I have is that on the standard setup the batteries have just enough room to move around and disconnect. Easy to make it better. Took me only a few minutes but this small detail could be slightly improved in the future. Still I am happy with my order.

The service at ultrasound was excellent. E-mail were answered quickly and the chat answered my questions and so far I like the product. The only negative was USPS. I am in New Mexico which borders Texas but USPS sent the order to New Jersey were it seemed to go back and forth between Trenton and Newark. I filed a find my lost package request then they shipped it to Albuquerque. Delivery time was 9 days. Other than that my experience was positive and I already have items in my shopping basket that I will be purchasing in a couple of weeks. I will be better able to rate the product in a couple of weeks after I play around with it.
Love the update
My lighstaber was at my place four days after I bought it and it look was even better than expected! I was very happy about it weight and the color it shows on activations. I didnt try fighting with it yet, but Im sure it will be as I think it should be. This lightsaber was a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one!
