Your system did not accept my WFC debit card, no matter what, always showing AVS mismatch. Your assistance was great (Marlena) she tried to help, but could not save the problem. I became very frustrated and almost give up after several trials and contact, but I decided to use my Brazilian card instead (although I will pay more taxes, due to it), and then I finally succeeded.
The order was sent quickly, fully traceable and the sabers are a piece of art, flawless, well balanced, great sound and brightness.
However, one of them (I bought 3) is eventually presenting a highly sensitive button response, while turning the led effects on/off, at the 2nd day.

Second order, add on products (asides from second lightsaber which arrived in good condition) not on par with quality (top of hilt didn't screw thread completely, and mid grade ultra edge defect in film on inside, awaiting to hear from Marlena on this form ultrasabers
Really excited to get my own saber! These are indeed high quality crafted products. They also wrap and package with care and delivery includes confirmation so it's not just left at the door. This all rare nowadays. The company loves their products and it really shows.
I continue to shop at Ultrasabers for both the quality of their products and customer service. Other manufacturers might have comparable products and prices but Ultrasabers has unique qualities. I believe if I ever have a problem, I can easily find someone to help and they will take care of me. Their website is easy to browse and use. It simply works. The only feature I would like is the ability to edit an order in my cart. For now, I would keep the cart and ordering page in separate windows. Overall, Ultrasabers has quality, variety, ease of use, and outstanding customer service.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
