For it being my 1st lightsaber with nothing to compare it too I have a say it looks pretty damn good I would recommend them to others and plan and making a future purchase
I ordered my first lightsaber, the Chosen One CE, on Tuesday at 1:00 am. After the checkout, I realized I forgot to add an option. The next day I communicated with the customer service, they helped me modify my order to add the option I forgot and shipped my saber 2 days later. It only took 3 days to receive my package in Canada via FedEx!
I am very satisfied with the Chosen One (with Diamond board) and my experience with the company. I definitely recommend Ultra Sabers for their customer service, the quality of the products and the fast shipping.

Shipping to an address other than the billing information on my credit card would have been cool, but I understand why. All good.
So I ordered this with the cheapest shipping rates to choose from, and it came in 4 days from Texas to Canada! WHAATTT?! That never happens.
I could no be more thrilled with what arrived. But now I need another Sabre to have some real fun...

Tiny thing, but I was assured a note was going to be included with the saber as it was a gift, and the note was not included.
However, the recipient is very happy with the gift and the turn around time was amazing.

Delivery to germany (our - I assume - other countries as well) has the effect, that customs writes you a letter, that you have to declare what is in the shipping and the value / price you paid, it can take some time until you get that letter and can answer to that
I found Ultrasabers to be a great company with great products, and a fantastic customer service. Just be patient and polite, and they will get back with you!
