Customer service was very helpful.
My Initiate v4 is amazing for the price, but the 32" blade I decided on was a little short, perfect for flourishing however (even indoors in some areas). So, I decided to grab this 36" blade.
As usual it was a simple and painless process and when it got here, just a few short days after ordering the blade, it fit my saber like a glove. It is also noticeably heavier but entirely manageable. I can definitely tell it could withstand some decently heavy sparring/dueling.

As usual, Ultrasabers does a fantastic job. The hilt they sent me is perfect, just what I want for a DIY project. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong switch, I ordered a momentary guarded switch and they sent me a latching one. But, as always, Ultrasabers' customer service is on the ball. I e-mailed them and they got back to me a few hours later. After checking their records, they saw that they sent me the wrong switch and are mailing me the correct switch. That's how you do service and how you retain customers. Outstanding, as always.
