One of the sabers isn't working right. I sent an email to them to get it fixed, but that was a week ago. Still no reply.

I purchased a mystery box as my first saber purchase from Ultrasabers. What better way to gauge their customer service and quality? I received my saber within 3 days of purchase. I was also extremely lucky with my mystery saber. I received a Guardian with Obsidian Sound, nickel finish, and a guardian blue light. Three times the value of what I paid. The quality is excellence as well. I'm definitely a fan for life.

Ultra Saber is great

Despite having an out of stock issue that I was only informed about a week after ordering, I was contacted by the lead customer service rep themselves. The situation was handled quickly and professionally. A week later my stunt sabers arrived and I was not disappointed. They are beautifully made, yet very sturdy for actual combat'.

Easy to shop, website easy to navigate, so far its been a really good experience. If my saber arrives in one piece and works like the video, I'm gonna be very happy. **Saber arrived and much nicer than expected, shipping was fast, now I need to print up a saber stand worthy of my new UltraSaber.**

Difficult to find product availability information, but otherwise very smooth and expedient.
