Got my order earlier than expected, which gave me plenty of working time to finish off my fiancée's crutches and get them ready before our trip to New York.
The customer service is ALWAYS on point. Emails are answered in a timely matter and Marlena is extremely pleasant to work with. We use Ultrasaber hilts to display our blades and have never had any issues with the product. There are several extremely talented sabersmiths in the saber community that bring their individual and custom work to our community. Ultrasabers has been providing customers with an affordable and reliable product for over a decade. Thank you and keep doing what you are doing Ultrasabers. We appreciate it!

So it arrived and not to long after I placed the order and it was well packed.
I got the $75 mystery box. Although I got one I wouldn't have picked myself and it was one of the cheapest ones, I did the mystery box to see the quality of the product and the shipping time. Had to pay import tax my end. I'm in England. So next time I shall go for something I want as the shipping fee and import tax put the overall price up to $145. I am very happy with the quality of the Saber and I shall at some point in the future put a order in for a more expensive one.
