READ BEFORE BUYING PROPHECY V3:
Very happy with purchase, shipping time, and customer support. The issue was with the cover-tec included with the Prophecy V3. Although the photos show the cover-tec to the right of the AV switch, (and I asked for such in the comments to be sure) I was informed after-the-fact that they do not have control over which side the cover-tec goes on for some models, but I could PAY for the removal and reattachment.
I requested they update the Saber's info to reflect this, to no avail.
Fortunately, (or unfortunately) the saber arrived with broken and faulty wiring--so I paid for return shipping back to Ultrasabers, and hopefully will reimburse me once the saber is fixed and sent back.
The saber came extremely fast even with the free shipping. Great quality, way better than I anticipated. Will buy again.

I was more impressed by the 2 savers I brought for my friends than the one I actually wanted. The sound was weak the blade film inside was messed up and when I emailed service I got about 2 responses then they stopped. 1 response was you have 2 different blades that's why they look different. I ordered an additional heavy blade that's just like the one in the picture and it wasn't messed up so. Thanks I guess.
I feel like a real jedi
When I first held the saber in my hand I was amazed with the quality. I ordered the saber with high expectations and not only were they met, they were exceeded. I've already ordered a second saber and certainly plan go expand my collection of quality sabers in the future.
Customer service before and after my order was the best I have seen in years. While a bit pricey and and a bit large for my young daughter's hands, I will definitely be ordering from Ulrasabers in the future.
Item was heavy grade and quality crafted. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. The only issue was with the ultra blade which was blemished with moisture in the interior. The moisture made the blade look defective. Beside the blade my purchase experience was top notch!
