Ultra Sabers makes quality products as far as I've seen, and their customer service is excellent. I saw their booth at a local convention. The workers were really cool and were good answering my questions. There was no online shopping that I did, yet, but I have looked at their website. It looks quite easy to work with. I'm not sure what shipping is like, but I can't imagine that it's awful. Overall a great experience.

Loved my raven. Diamond launcher is glitchy and hard to do but i will figure it out. Also the sounds and gestures are really awesome especially the ancient saber really cool sounding. The claws are awesome really glad they are easy to remove and put back on. All in all well worth the money ill probably get some mystery boxes and defiantly the connectors

You have to get a physical saber to really see the beauty in the product. Extremely well made and the LEDs are bright and vibrant. The pieces are also very easy to manipulate and tailor to your needs. Definitely buy sabers from here.
An exceptionally well made project with a comfortable hold, great balance, and a very well lit blade. The sound is quite loud with the pommel, but is necessary for other pommels that cover more of the bottom than the predetermined pommel.
This was my first purchase from ultrasabers so I wasn't sure what to expect, but after receiving my saber I will definitely be shopping with them again. Very happy with the quality of both the goods and services they provide.
Second time ordering, and it was convenient and intuitive. Saber was shipped in a timely manner, and was well packaged.
I thought there was an issue with my saber because I couldn't get the battery pack out of the hilt. In the process of trying to get it out I broke the speaker and a few other things. They had me send it in because it was still under warranty and turns out I just forgot to remove a piece of the pummel that I forgot I had added. They were nice enough to replace my battery pack, and make sure everything was working even though it was completely my fault. Thanks! You guys are awesome!
