I purchased a Stunt Saber Mysterybox and received a great Sabre with sound. Unfortunately they forgot to include the blade plug and contacted customer service. After reviewing their packing records, they told me they forgot to include it and shipped one out right away. The purchase was easy and I appreciate their follow up and correction to the order. Now, I'm saving up for another Saber!

My friend talked me into buying the mystery box because he got the silver one with sound. I know it's mystery box but I was hoping for at least the blue, red, or silver one. My least favorite is green. :(
The best looking and fully functioning sabers by far. The Emperors Hand definitely lived up to expectations. The Archon v3.1 was a gift for someone who totally loved it!
Shipping and delivery was fast ( to Australia), and my items were secure and well protected. I had a special request after my order was completed, and they still accommodated my needs. So my order came in RIDICULOUSLY quickly. These guys don't mess around, I ordered my sabers on a Thursday evening, and they were at my door the following Wednesday! What the what?!? I couldn't be happier!

The saber that I was really excited about came with a broken emitter & crooked hilt.
They would not let me exchange it for a different saber nor would they let me return it for a full refund without paying a 20% fee.
They were willing to send me a less-expensive hilt that is adaptable with my current Archon v3 but it does not meet expectations. It takes at least one or two days for customer service to respond to each email you send them and they do not take phone calls or respond to voicemails.
Even through email they refused to talk on the phone it has been 2 weeks and I so don't even know if I'm going to get the replacement saber.
Shouldn't be suggesting to use member points on an order if other coupons on the order are exclusive. Otherwise all is well.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
