Very easy to navigate
Good customer service, super fast shipping, the product was very good, durable and high quality. But due to just bad luck a part that would need maintenance occasionally is unreachable because of a fixed emitter. Unless I custom make a really long hex wrench to nip up the screw that holds the LED tight with. The led wobbled loose putting strain on the blade retaining bolt threading it causing it to not tighten. But now I know that part has to be maintained like anything, I will buy it again. Infact i ordered another saber straight away, i will make up a maintenance tool so everything is always tight. With constant movement and duelling, screws will always wobble loose, so in a way is good too know that part will always need a nip up with a custom hex wrench. But that's not to say I was unhappy with the product or service, super fast shipping. Just bad luck on my part, but will be buying that same saber again, now I know how to service it. So I still will buy from ultra sabers in the future, and give no negative feedback, if you feel the LED loosen, the fastener needs a nip up tight again.

Looks amazing but the battery life is absolutely horrible. Just abysmal. The batteries will go from fully charged to being totally dead in two days without any use whatsoever, and with use, they go dead in ONE HOUR. They said that it would last for three hours always on, and eight with intermittent use. Also, man, they say that their aircraft-grade aluminum hilts are super durable, but every time I set it down and pick it back up there's some new form of damage that I don't even remember even being in a circumstance in which that damage could occur. I can put scratches in the gloss of the paint with my fingernails and I think that is absolutely unacceptable for a show piece. I did buy this for sparring though, so I don't mind this type of damage all that much, I just wish that the hilt were more damage-resistant. The blade holds up very nicely for sparring though, and I don't ever feel like I really need to hold back, just beware of bending the blade though as it feels like it could be bent until broken pretty easily with just my own strength, and I can pretty assuredly say that I'm not very strong. Also their price for certain things is horrible for what you get. $15 for THAT 'saber stand'? More like MAYBE $5! On a sidenote, the XTAR charger that I got for the batteries STINKS SO BAD like plastics/burning electronics, buuuuut it functions totally fine, and nothing else seems off about it whatsoever. It charges the batteries in a few hours as expected.

I do really like it, but they REALLY need to include better batteries for what they make you pay to have them added in, and they need to work on making at least their paint jobs more durable because that issue is ridiculous.

Aluminum dents up pretty easy any day, and I know that, but it sucks to pay so much for something that's said to be made for the abuse when it really doesn't seem to be at all. The blades? Yes! Absolutely so! The hilt?... not so much. It's to the point where I'm afraid to even set it on a counter somewhere without a dent or a scratch happening, it's that bad of an issue.

Overall, I would still give this a 4 out of five, just because it works well for what I personally got it for, and everything works well and looks nice, but I'm taking a star off for the glaring issues I have mentioned throughout this piece. I would have it be 3.5 out of five, but nowhere you can rate anything ever lets you do that for some reason that still eludes me.

As usual it was easy to order and delivery was quicker than I estimated. I ordered it on November 16th and received it on the 24th. I would have thought it would have arrived later due to it being right before Thanksgiving. I only had a few minor issues, one is when using Pay Pal it did not allow for me to put in special instructions. I tried contacting customer service about this and another issue and did not receive a response. After I received the order one of the codes I thought I had entered did show in the order. I then contacted customer service about it again and did receive a response and the issue was taken care of. Over all I am very happy with the order and love the light sabers.

The online store was great and the delivery time was fine. I received all of the products in good order. I did try a mystery box which turned out to be disappointing as it turned out to be an initiate saber with no special features and a plain hilt plug to bring it up to the 75$ minimum which felt a little lame. I suppose such is what one gets for gambling, but otherwise I was very happy with the products and the experience overall.
