This was actually a gift i ordered and had sent to someone else but the kids loved them. I've ordered multiple sabers for myself and for my nieces and nephews in the past.
I ordered the mystery box as a gift for my son and he was really happy with it. He tells me that it is balanced very well and that it was the color he wanted RED. He also tells me that it has a very Jedi like feel to it, even though he was raised Sith.
Machining on one of the recharge ports was sloppy but otherwise everything was fine.

I enjoyed the product I have received however there was a bit of trouble with the overall purchasing of the idem. Though I understand the whole confirmed address for credit card. I just found it overall annoying that it took multiple attempts to purchase said item. However that being said the Apprentice LE v5 is one of the most beautiful sabers I have purchased from your company. The design is sleek, the cut out windows are absolutely star wars ensue, and weight and handling is on par with the others you have built in past years. The sound is loud and vibrant and the stark green blade is absolutely beautiful. Overall it is a magnificent work of art and given that it's presale, not a common hilt as of late, thus making it unique and special. So in conclusion, love the product, wish the purchasing of said product was a little more new user friendly.
As always its quick and easy when ordering and getting updates from Ultra-sabers. Usually everything goes smoothly with no issue, However this time it seems the shipping vendor wanted to see how bad they can destroy a box and product before it gets to the customer. The box was crushed and the blade was bent in several spot making the light saver almost into a candy cane shape. Very festive for this time of year but not what we wanted the hilt was not damaged at all. Ultra-sabers customer service was grateful for the photos we provided quickly shipped us out a new saber blade which we received a couple days later. Our saber is whole and works and looks great. We will continue to order our sabers from Ultra-sabers :)

Ordering is easy. There are lots of great options which are well explained so to can customize to your preferences and budget.
I thought the color of the blade would be different but it's still quite nice.
The buying process is pretty straightforward however certain images need to be added for different pommels, power button configurations with LEDs showing them illuminated and not and how the battery options work with the Chargers. If you have a build page like car brands do showing what the Sabres going to actually look like when complete it would be helpful. However that being said the sabre was fantastic quality pain came in a reasonable amount of time considering the holiday.

Bought two sabers for my grand kids for Christmas. The first arrived quickly. One was a preorder but my granddaugther wanted it since it looked like Ahsoka Tano's. I was concerned about it arriving since it wouldn't ship until late November. I reached out to customer service and they guaranteed it would be but asked if I wanted to change my order. Saber arrived on time.
