Great site, easy to navigate. Great product. A little disappointed with FedEx. Package supposed to arrive 7th Dec, arrived 10th. Followed with text from FedEx asking for payment on import, no issue with this, but do have issue with their (FedEx) fee, which was double the import charge.
Quick and easy! So easy to choose your hilt, then color and type of blade and whether or not you want certain added features.
Good interface. A lot of choices... almost too many, but that's a plus.

Great product and service
I initially couldn't place an order as my PayPal billing and shipping addresses were different. The error that appeared was "Shipping region is a required field" which told me nothing about the problem I was having. Once I realised I had the wrong delivery address set and corrected that everything went smoothly.
Outside of that minor issue everything was very smooth and fast.
Super easy shopping, building a saber is effortless on this site, and checkout was smooth, I am a returning customer! The shipping was quick, I think even a day early! Product is great, was worth coming back for another saber!

Awesome Saber! Sound is very loud! Light is bright and appears to be durable for my child and I to have some light dueling. Very solid hilt yet very light in weight which will be great for my 3 year old. I usually dont give 5 stars on ratings because I believe there is always room for improvement. I went with Ultra Sabers due to competitors reviews stating the lengthy times to get the product to the customer. Ultra Sabers had my product at my door in less than a week! So many options to choose from on the website I asked my wife for one also. That one too arrived in a week. Cant wait to see it on xmas! Keep up the good work Ultra Sabers! Heres an idea Ultra Sabers, add a vibration module in the hilt or a kicker node for when the saber turns on/off ect.
