In general the experience was good, sometimes the webpage was to overcharged and difficult to find what I was looking for, also delivery prices for Europe are high, the quality of the product is really nice, could buy more from the store but the shipment makes think twice,

The service was great. It is easy to get exactly what you want out of a light saber. It took a little longer than I expected to process the order, but over all I was satisfied.

It was fast and easy to buy the saber while the delivery of the saber was amazingly fast. The saber itself was awesome!
I ordered 4 sabers from Ultrasabers for my daughter's birthday (2 of these were "free" stuntsabers that we received by placing an order exceeding $600). 2 of the 4 sabers arrived non-functional, which we didn't realize until my daughter opened her birthday present. She was so excited when she opened her present and saw her "REAL LIGHTSABERS!" But her excitement was quickly replaced with disappointment when she realized that 50% of them were non-functional.
One stuntsaber arrived with the blade tip detached and floating around loose in the packaging. This problem was annoying, but not a big deal. I bought superglue at the hardware store and repaired it at home.
The other saber (a Manticore) arrived having problems with 'flash on clash' and with the motion sensor. Soon after, it stopped working entirely.
Initially, Ultrasabers customer service seemed friendly and responsive, but when it came time to actually fix the problem they stopped communicating entirely. I've returned the Manticore as they directed, but haven't heard anything since then and they won't reply to email. There seems to be a major quality control problem at Ultrasabers right now, which is unfortunately accompanied by poor (non-existent?) customer service.
Great product, received a $75 mystery box saber with sound and rechargeable batteries. Delivery time was sooner than expected delivery.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
