Amazing product no complaints
The saber I got took a lot longer to process then the rest of the lightsabers I ordered from them. I will order from them again but I hope the processing is shorter than my last order.
The ultrasabers staff were very helpful and the mystery box experience was great! Highly recommended!
The order and delivery was smooth as, in fact the order arrived a day or two faster than was first indicated. The two sabers are for sparring and so far have performed well. Will consider a follow up order in time.

I just received my ultra saber and is simply amazing. I saw in videos and photos but in real life the balance between detail and simplicity is amazing. I will totally buy again from you guys even though I leave in Europe and I have to wait a bit longer for the shipment ( not more than 20 days on my last order) but will worth the waiting for an amazing product.
Delivery got pushed back several times and was week later when it should had first been here. Other than that, good product.

My order was delivered in a very timely fashion and the products were fantastic quality, the only issue I had was that the coupler that was sent was the larger MHS coupler instead of the V2 coupler. I reached out to ultrasabers several times via email and never received a response back. So overall the product received was superb, but the customer service could be better.
The order process was super simple and received my mystery saber here in Canada in about three business days. Super pleased!
I recently ordered one of their new V5 sabers, and while I love it I wanted to give it a little extra something. I also have a couple of other sabers that were in need of a simple and quick face-lift. The solution: Pommels! I ordered three - Warglaive, Dark Warglaive, and Malice Round.
The order was completed and on my work bench within a week! The pommels were well crafted and in great shape, each individually wrapped and then put into a padded envelope inside a small box. Very secure, which was nice as the box was partially crushed in shipping with no damage to the product. All three fit their intended sabers without any incident, the threads were clean and well machined and the pommels fit and look great! I am once again a highly satisfied Ultrasabers customer!
