They were just like I expected, bright colors and durable. They forgot to pack the coupler that I ordered but I've already reached out to customer service. I'm so excited and I love my new lightsabers.

I had high hopes for the mystery kit as we have an upcoming site event for star wars day but the one I got was very cheap and plain. Not at all like the ones shown in the boxing videos who received very nice ones even some with sound. The one I got shows retail on the site 90$ which is what I paid to ship this mystery box. Would have been a real selling point for the 800 people in attendance.

I ordered the mystery box, and to be honest i was expecting much at all. To my surprise i got a very nice saber! I'll ve modding it with ultrasaber parts and im sure buying another mystery box in the future!

Delivered in a timely manner and came out great.

The estimated shipping timeline passed and I had not received an update on my order. I understand they get busy so I contacted them to make sure they received my order. They responded quickly and apologized for the delay and said they were running a little behind schedule due to the number of orders. It was assembled and shipped out the next business day.

I gave 1 star on the customer service because I wrote an email regarding my order and I received absolutely no response. I received my saber about a week and a half after placing my order, which isn't bad, but I was really disappointed to not receive a response to my email.

Great customer service. Earlier delivery than expected. So I got two more lol.

The lead time from order to shipment was 10 business days. The website quoted 3-5 and their customer service said 5-7 because of conventions. Luckily the saber is beautiful and works perfectly and arrived before the event I bought it for.
