Every conversation with Ultrasabers Customer Service was a positive experience. I asked about an order in an email after hours, and first thing in the morning, I had a reply telling me that my saber had been moved to the top of the fabrication queue! The saber is an excellent piece of art, and it truly exemplifies the quality that I've come to expect from Ultrasabers.

Even ordering the bare minimum possible for a couple stunt sabers they are fantastic. Very bright and vibrant color and high quality parts. I look forward to my next purchase with Ultra Sabers.

I got a stunt saber that I at first thought would be pretty bad because it didn't have sound, but in person, even without the sound, it's sooooo cool. Do I wish I got sound? Yes. Do I hate the saber because it doesn't? Not at all. Worth every penny.

This is one of the best products I've ever received. It was well worth the wait and price.

It is a gorgeous saber design. It has a good feel to it too, one and two handed. Even its size is an asset. And I like that both ends are modular, including the dish/tsuba, so I can play round with the look.

Sent back my first one to get a recharge port upgrade done and bought my second light saber in order to make a dual bladed saber. Ultra Sabers was very helpful with answering all my questions about making a dual bladed saber and was very quick with the upgrade and building my new saber and getting it back to me. Shipping was really quick!

First time buying from ultrasabers and got the mystery box. Wasn't expecting much but when I opened my package and saw my lightsaber, I immediately wanted to buy another. Well made, sturdy, and bright. Definitely will be buying more.

Shipping was offered free but I paid $16 to get my saber quicker. I recieved my sabers in the same amount of days as every order I placed, so spending the extra money was a waste. I contacted US about 3 days after my order as I could see it was just in process and not sent. I asked them to reimburse my shipping charges since my order was not expedited. They did not reply, and sent out my order 4 days later.

I have always wanted to buy one but I was waiting for deals that you have. The ordering process is easy and i am happy for purchasing for the first time.

Love the saber that I received but for the bonus items shipped with it in regards to the t-shirt there never was a size option so I received a t-shirt that was to small for me to wear. I would have needed an 2xl but there was never an option to choose the shirt size. There needs to be a better way to communicate with company on options for the bonus items.

This is actually the second time I bought a saber from the site, both are double bladed sabers and so far they are very good, I use both of them a lot and they have withstood a lot of punishment with few damage, the only issue is that the batteries' case is loose inside the hilt but that can be fixed easily, overall I'm happy with the quality for the price they ask.
