Too long of wait for a meh mistery box saber
The purchasing of the sabers was easy and fun and the received product was of very high quality. I am already eager to buy another but which to choose... that is the question.
Wanted to give you guys all 5 stars because you have an awesome business. I work in customer service as well so I know these scores are important. The wait was a little long as I waited like 18 days (which was expected) but it was worth it. I was a little disappointed to have received a blade that was slightly curved after paying $400. I've also placed an order for just 1 blade (to replace the curved one I received) which is taking quite a while. However, overall it was an exciting experience and I'm happy to have my first custom saber. I will be ordering more in the future as my budget allows (we actually already ordered another lol). PS. Anything you could do to make up for that curved blade would be greatly appreciated. If not I would understand. We are running a business here ;)

Their lead times can be a little inconsistent, but their customer service is more than adequate, and their products are excellent. I'd have to say that I'm a hardcore Ultrasabers fan!

I bought the Prophecy V3 stunt saber TRI Consular Green. I love the sleek look of the hilt and how it feels. This is my 2nd saber with Ultrasaber. Great products. My first saber came within a week from when I ordered it my 2nd took a little longer but still within the time frame they gave. I plan on buying another soon.
I actually bought my saber at Denver Pop Culture Con in June. So, it didn't "arrive" so much as "was handed to me." But the staff at the booth were super friendly and helpful (and busy--the booth was pretty highly trafficked all weekend long), and the saber itself is very cool. My only issue is that I can't get it to connect to my computer properly. But it sure is a high quality piece of worksmanship.
I really enjoy my sabers and look forward to ordering more in the near future, yet turn around times after an order seems a bit slow. I'll still plan on order another 4 or 5 in the next couple of months. I love that they are sturdy sabers and brightly lit.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
