My lightsaber was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition (care was put into packaging everything). Order times are clearly marked when ordering, and it's nice to have a variety of shipping methods to choose from for different budgets. The website is easy to navigate from phone or regular browser, and it's easy to find what I'm looking for. Overall quality of the products is fantastic, and everything is really well made and the lightsaber mystery boxes are an awesome value.

First time ordering a saber ever and I went for the mystery box to see how it went. I got a great saber that had all the bells and whistles. The speaker was broken on it when I got it, but otherwise it's great. Ordered on a Wednesday, had it that Saturday. Was insane how the timeframe just lined up.
Already bought another one but not the mystery box! Will be doing this again!
Ana was incredibly patient and knows the product and was able to help me custom build an Ultra Saber that exceeded my grandson's expectations! She helped me build one for my other grandson earlier in the year and she remembered every detail and it was helpful in building the second one.
I bought a saber from here for my bf, he is a giant starwars fan, and absolutely loved his saber.
I bought an Ultrasaber for my husband's birthday and chose a relatively simple set-up. It was delivered quickly and was exactly what I had pictured when it arrived. He was very happy with his gift, and I have a feeling there may be another, more elaborate Ultrasaber in our future as well.
Just hard to get my card into the system?
The order processed and arrived quickly. I was able to track it obsessively online. The saber was awesome right out of the box. I'd bought from US before, and I'm planning to do so again.
The lightsaber I ordered was better than my previous lightsaber. I mean, who knows. I might wield two lightsabers really soon.
