Once you place an order, your order is being processed. It will be processed until it arrives at your door a month later. There is no inbetween. Twice I've ordered from this company now, and twice they've run me this way. They have an awesome product of fine craftsmanship, worth every dollar compared to the toys available local, but damn... that customer you just took for 65-550 dollars depending deserves your attention and updates.

Received the saber in the expected delivery time and would strongly consider ordering another one for someone else as a gift or just so my friends and I can have lightsaber battles. I ordered the mystery one and would configure my own next time just to ensure a diverse collection as well as adding features like the sound effects.
Shopping with Ultrasabers was fast and easy. The delivery was quick and the product quality was as good if not better than I expected.

The only delay involved was on my part; I had first expressed a need for an additional blade retention screw on my Dark Catalyst in February, as that saber in particular come with only one, and the blade was wiggly enough to unscrew it over the course of combat.
Once I did make the order, however, it only took about 5 business days, including the USPS's shipping time, to get the new screw hole installed, and the saber sent back with no issues. Marlena, the customer service representative with whom I was in contact, was very friendly, informative, and accommodating throughout the whole process.
Top quality Product. A pricey buy but worth the money for an actual light saber I can duel my friends with.
Overall product looks amazing and works as intended. Would recommend using this website

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
