Ultrasabers has great products and great customer service. Their customer service far exceeds any business I've encountered. I wrote 'I love you guys' and they wrote 'we love you too!' On my packaging. That right there is enough to keep me buying.

Great product. Received a red bladed Manticore with v3 sound in a $75 mystery box while attending DragonCn. I took it back to have converter wheel and quick disconnect installed. I also paid to have it swapped from red to violet amethyst. Staff was great. The owner and I did not see eye to eye about them keeping the original LED. After talking to him it was to offset the costs of the techs installing the mods.
This is my 3rd Ultasaber and I'm always happy with quality of their products and customer service. I'm an award winning actor/producer of Star Wars Fan films ("GENERATIONS" & "LIKE MY FATHER BEFORE ME" both on www.starwars.com) their sabers work well as props in my films by giving a very realistic feel/view.
Bought for a friends sons 13th birthday, he absolutely loved it. Overall great experience.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
