Great service! The only thing is that I wish that there were more colour options for hilts but honestly the product quality made up for that.

I was elated when I opened the mystery box and saw that I had received the premium sound + rechargeable batteries lightsaber! I was hoping for a Jedi color but as soon as the saber ignited and I saw red I officially turned to the dark side. Ultrasabers I thank you very much for such a durable and magnificent piece of nostalgia that I'll enjoy for many years to come.

Unbelievably fast shipping, the last saber i ordered from saberforge needed 2 months or so, this one arrived in less than a week.
The customer service was even more outstanding! With in seconds they seemed to answer my questions.
I had some problems to place my order bcs the paypalbutton was not functioning at all and i had to use another button to pay with paypal;)
There are some minimal issues i have with the product like minor scratches and some parts are not aligned perfect but overall i am very very happy.

Took about 2 weeks to receive my saber. All my others took less then a week, so I contacted Ultrasabers and received a response very quickly, explaining clearly why it took longer. Great customer service.
I got asked to enter my County several times, when using Paypal checkout. Even if I had stated county in my account on both billing and shipping. I managed finally to make the purchase by not being logged in, and using normal checkout instead of paypal.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
