Saber came bubble wrapped with all requested hardware. The saber was already charged and I was able to tweak the sound to the Episode 2 sound effects with minimal effort. The force was stronger with that sound effect.^-^

The ordering of the lights sabers was easy and almost straight forward however my only complaint is that upon receiving them both have problems staying on. Swing them around and they just cut off. To get them to turn back on I must remove the batteries and put them back in.

I've been really impressed with Ultrasabers. To start, they are super fast about getting stuff out to you. Second, their customer service is great: Marlena answered so many emails from me! Third, they stand behind their stuff: I sent a saber back because the hilt had a ridge that was hard on my hand, and at no charge they machined it down and got it back to me a week after I mailed it to them (and this was during their busy Halloween season). I haven't bought other sabers, so I can't compare quality, but I don't think the customer service could be beat, and the sabers so far have stood up well to combat. I'm really grateful to Ultrasabers for the good work they're doing!
