I was missing a charger when I first received my saber. After I contacted customer service they quickly sent me one and they also sent me the initiate saber that I had forgotten to put the promo code in for. I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

Archon saber was bought as a stunt saber, yet the design of the blade attachment does not allow for this. Still love the saber! Just might be worth mentioning in description.

I have 5 sabers from ultrasabers.com. 3 of them I have owned for over 2 years. My nephew and I have had countless duels with them and they still work flawlessly.

If I were to have one complaint, it is that the diamond level saber I have uses up its charge in about a week and needs to be recharged before I can use it again.

The overall product quality for what it is, is excellent, that being said, consider preordering in time in case of international shipping since customs clearances might cause major delays.

The quality, weight, design... everything is amazing. Bought 2 Stunt Dark Apprentice v5 (red), didn't even receive the shipment before I ordered another Stunt Apprentice v5 (blue). I've read about issues that other customers have had, but I've only had good experiences with them. They do seem to over charge for a few of the smaller dIY items, but overall, the prices are good.
