I ordered a pointed tip and recieved a round tip. I'm not going to send it back because it takes way to long so I'm now stuck with the round tip.
Amazing product. Great customer service. Fast delivery. The only negative thing I will say is that the Heavy Grade Ultra Edge Blades do wash out the colors more than I thought they would. Still a great product though and Ultra Sabers has earned my return business.

1 thing that could be better, some edge are pretty sharp. Like the specter pomel's squarish part scrath my wrist a couple of time will sparing and the dark apprentice's windows reck your hand.
But overall, A1 product and gonna buy again for sur!

Lightsaber arrived on time and great condition. Was a little disappointed to find the blade length to be smaller than expected as I thought the default would be normal sized but that's an error on me. Other than that, money well spent.
They were super helpful at making a change on my Saber last minute, everything arrived on time and I was very pleased with my purchase. I would recommend ultrasabers to friends and family members.

I would like to clarify that the blade is satisfactory, well designed, a lot of fun and a star wars fans dream if you're using it for show. I ordered a grandmaster hilt with a heavy grade poly-carbonate blade so I can use it in whatever counts as "battles" for nerds :p, and on this aspect I am disappointed. My first problem was the hilt which I can't hold comfortably with two hands, now maybe I have big hands but my wife tried as well and it was not practical because of the hilts length and decorations. The second problem is that the blade is sturdy but the binding with the hilt is not, the point of the blade took some hits on the ground from my 1 year old and the base is now wobbly when swinging. Maybe this can be readjusted easily but I couldn't find the time and I apologize if this is not a real issue. TLDR: doesn't seem fit for actual dueling

I'm very pleased with the saber. The building experience was a little intimidating but the videos were very helpful. I'm very pleased with the overall quality and feel of the saber! It's now prominently displayed in my man cave!
