I actually placed an order my saber Christmas day. Despite the posted leas times and the talk on the forums that the company got swamped with orders over the season, I received my order in about two and a half weeks.
I ordered a mystery box with guaranteed sound. The products arrived and I opened it and inspected it. The quality was absolutely phenomenal. Currently the hilt is sitting on its stand as the center piece of my coffee table.
Here's where I ran into the problem I can't get give 5 stars and the reason I gave 4 instead of 3.
Upon getting it set up and turning it on, I was met with a nice colored glow and silence. My saber is not producing the sound I paid for. I sent the company an email and got the automated response but I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I know how swamped they are due to filling holiday orders and I'm patient over that fact. After scanning the forums and reading other people's experiences in am quite confident this company will find a way to take care of the issue. They have very good reviews in that department from their repeat customers.
The missing sound and wait for a response are what kept this from being a 5 star review but due to the holidays I don't hold the wait against them and still believe the product quality and order fulfillment time deserve a strong score.
It feels wonderful in the hand and I can tell I'm going to be using this for years. It is a perfect balance and a high quality handle with an extremely tough blade that I'm very happy with.
Nearly a month wait for a mystery box, but i do understand it was the Christmas rush, but otherwise very happy with the saber i received.

My order departed Ultrasabers the next day. Mind you, I ordered my sabers on 25th of December. Thats amazing! Both sabers are top quality. FedEx screwed up a little bit, sending my saber to a different country due to an error on their side. However, I highly recommend Ultrasabers, for their products are durable and awesome looking. Thank you!
Overall a fun experience ordering the mystery box and it's a great price. I just wasn't overly impressed by what was received in the box. From what I had seen the mystery box's seemed like you got more that what you paid for. Unfortunately for at least my case, I didn't get more than what I paid for. I got what they were worth. Overall it was fun but next time I'll just get one I like.

I am extremely satisfied with my Ultra Sabers Savior. The saber itself is flawless in form and function. The launcher software gives me more control and is much easier to use than expected. Customer service was very fast to respond when I contacted them. Overall a pretty great experience.
Customer service was practically non existent. While the product was visually striking to look at. Both sabers started coming apart the day we started using them for dueling purposes. And I'm not even talking about medium powered strikes and pieces started falling off. Over all I was very underwhelmed.
It was a gift for my son and he loves it!
I sent in several emails about my order, yet to receive an email back about it. It has taken over 2 months
Overall experience was great! As soon as the order went through it was here in a weeks time!

Overalls good experience. Website was a little slow and glitchy, but I got my order in 3 weeks which isn't bad for the holiday season. Very satisfied with the products! Great quality sabers for the price!

I placed my order on dec. 21st 2019. I recieved my order the 17th of jan. (4 days before my birthday);-)
Shipping was reasonably quick for ordering before christmas right before a new star wars film released.
I am very satisfied with my order I recieved an Aeon v4 (red light), a dark apprentice with avengers switch (red light) and I recieved a sentinal (yellow light). 2 were gifts for friends for Christmas. I gave them the reds and I was overjoyed to receive a yellow lightsaber. It was my number 1 color I wanted. Thank you for the phenomenal product as well as service. I will absolutely be placing orders in the future and will definitely recommend you to anyone and everyone. Great job team. Thanks again.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
