Coupon codes don't work. I had to refresh the cart for over an hour to process my order. I emailed 2 times for my free shipping coupon that would not apply and every time I called I got a machine.no one ever reached out to me. I've ordered from u three separate tomes and spent a lot of money. I do not think I feel valued.
So far of the family set of sabers I've purchased I have had no issues or complaints. We have used these sabers almost every day since Christmas with some fairly decent contact sparing. They hold up very well and can take or deliver a good beating. I'm very impressed with these sabers and look forward to many future purchases.
Been supplying my family with sabers since 2007. Solid product that is kid tested. I had to call later to add covertec wheels. Customer service was fast and efficient.
