They sent exactly what I ordered, fairly quickly, but with no instructions as to what to do with the parts. Now I'll have to pay to send it back to Ultrasabers to have them to the parts install, which will end up being more expensive than just ordering a new saber. This was a gift, where all I wanted to do was change the color of the blade, but this gift will cost me more than just ordering a new one.
