While it took around a month for my saber to ship, I absolutely love the quality I received. I have no sound in my saber, yeah it is still one of the coolest nerdy items I own, I absolutely love my saber!

I ordered the fallen saber when I received it a month late its covered in deep scratches and the lad's didn't turn on had to fix it also I swang the saber one and one of the decorative screws came of which the light shines through which is really bugging me overall I regret ordering from them and should have spent a little more somewhere else

I ordered two mystery sabers from ultrasabers. Right after the order, I received an email confirming my order. One week later I was opening my new sabers. Love the colors and how bright they are. Extremely durable and a lot of fun to swing around. Can't wait to get more.

The product I received was severely damaged in shipping, does not work, and the company has not responded to my requests for replacement parts, despite Fedex agreed that the shipment was damaged and poorly packaged on delivery in Australia. I would NEVER do business with this company again. They need to immediately rectify my damaged nearly $800 AUD purchase immediately. Do not buy from this company!

I bought a lightsaber mystery box, and expected to wait longer than the expected time, as I had heard that ultrasabers can be a bit finicky with actually sending out their lightsabers on time, and that may be true, but not for their mystery box. The saber and the blade came in prime condition, and have been using It for a lightsaber training group, cosplay, and as a makeshift flashlight when i cannot find my phone. I will definitely be using ultrasabers as a vendor again, as I am in the market for an saber staff and some saber tonfa, but that is for another day. That aluminum that the sabers are made of is strong, yes, but can scratch kind of easily if dropped onto rough surfaces like concrete, but the gouges and scratches are small, dont detract from my experience using the saber, and add to a "battle-worn" look, of which I am a huge fan. Overall, I am extremely impressed with ultrasabers in their work and will but from them again in the future!
I ordered a single part for a saber on February 2nd, and received it in March. The delay was most likely due to the Christmas/TROS order frenzy and Coronavirus-related logistics issues.
Normally, US has very good shipping times.
Though it took longer than the expected wait time, they kept in touch and letting me know all the details.

They didn't ship my order untill I complained enough. Although I am satisfied with me order, the delivery was horrible.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
