Delivery was a little long but with quarantine I understand
I had to wait a few months for my order to come and it did come.
Product arrived exactly in a single month! Very quick compared to other saber makers. All instructions were followed to the letter. The quality of the product itself was more than satisfactory. Although the hilts finish isnt as polished than other hilts I've purchased (sharp edges), the electronics are incomparable. Very responsive and easier to use than other boards. More fonts than other boards and SO LOUD. Overall I can absolutely recommend Ultrasabers to any interested in the saber world.

This was my second order to get the saber i wanted, because i screwed up on my first one, and got an empty hilt by mistake. They approved the changes then promptly shipped it the next day without the changes. Took weeks for customer service to even respond in an email. After waiting for weeks without knowing what is going on I got very discouraged. Fortunately the correct saber finally arrived and is quite wonderful. I will take the empty hilt as a loss for now, maybe i will finish it later on my own. Ultrasabers wasn't entirely their fault, just poor communication and customer service. To whoever is reading this, just be patient, i think i can safely say that ultrasabers themselves are quite good. If customers knew they would be waiting up to 2 months for their product to arrive i think it would alleviate a lot of the anticipation and anxiety. All the excitement of ordering a saber you really like turns grim when waiting with little to no info. Don't be swept up in the allure of the dark side. Overall I would say it was worth the wait.
Takes time to receive the product but the product is cool!
Excellent products but delivery time is very long. Also, the saber chargers should be included with sabers instead of having to purchase them separately.
Only complaint is the full mailbox when I called! Bane's heart is a BEAUTIFUL color and my boyfriend and I now duel regularly. He LOVES the saber (it was his gift) I have one in Sunrider's Destiny and they look great together.
Tried to contact. No response. Had to initiate a chargeback to get my money back. This company is terrible, and offers zero customer service. Stay far away.
The only problem I had was that the blade was slightly bent
I bought mine like any regular customer would for the first time, I wait a month for them to tell me they are out of stock on a particular item that would make me wait 12-14 weeks for the exact saber I ordered to come. I decided to change my order, it wasn't a huge problem, fast forward to me getting my saber, they had forgotten to add my charger that I paid additional money for, so I email them and don't hear back for a month, by now I buy another charger off the website because I need it. I bought the exact same charger with it, and paid an additional ten dollars for it to come with batteries. And they didn't give me the batteries with the charger when the package arrived. Overall the saber is cool, but they forget many things that make you wonder if it's worth all the money spending on this sight. I'm happy with my saber, but it took me awhile to get all of my things, and I still haven't gotten my money back from what they missed.
Great Mystery Bag saber! I personalized it with a thumb screw at the blade attachment site and a Paracord wrap around the handle.
Wasn't a lot of communication about my order until I reached out to them more than a month later. Got an email response that it would ship within 2 business days. In about a week from there it finally shipped and arrived a few days later. I like the product for what it is, and the time it took I understand. I just wish there was more transparency about the time it took like an updated ETA.
The price is great. Hilts pretty solid. I got an empty hilt so I can have a sound card that supports smoothswing. When everything is done it will be my new favorite lightsaber.
Something to be aware of, the claws on the ravens can get loose if you wack the saber too much. Mines just for cosplay so it suits my needs.

When the lightsaber came it was red instead of purple the blade screw fell out and there was multiple scratches. I would not recommend this place to a friend.
Fast response times and great delivery
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
