10/10 would shop at Ultrasabers again. I love the look of the website and the ease of use. While going through the process of ordering a saber it was explained exactly what each option would do and how much it would cost. I got my saber in a timely manner despite the shipping delays currently going on with the covid pandemic.
I had ordered the Dark Standard Issue v3 Staff, using the free initiate code, and then placed another order with a few plugs and a stand, and in about a month, all of the items were delivered in great condition.
Pretty addicting. Not going to lie.
Well the blade came damaged and I'm just waiting for them to respond, but due to the influx of customers, I'll wait.
I was given an ultrasaber for a graduation/birthday gift. We wanted one that was true to that of Kenobi in Ep 4, and UltraSabers had the goods. The saber is great, solid construction, easy to use, sounds are amazing. Everything I wanted. It took a while to get it, but can't hold that against them, COVID19 is hitting everyone hard. Definitely will look to them for future purchases.
I bought an empty hilt and pommel. This company acts like they're butthurt you don't buy a complete saber even though they don't resistor their LEDs and hit glue switches.
Hilt came with no set screw for blade, no bezel for a switch, no option anywhere to buy one from them. Its a nice hilt, and got here in less than a month. That's the most positive thing I can say right now.
There was a lot going on when I ordered March 4th (Covid), and I had to wait nearly nine weeks, but I am so happy with my order! Receiving these luxury items is nice, but the health and safety of the ultrasabers team is important, so be patient and your order will get there as soon as they can get it to you. And it will be awesome!
We placed our order on March 9. We FINALLY received contact from the company after filing a claim with PayPal. We paid $196 for a light saber that was supposed to have a soundboard, that they claimed was out of stock and did not have the hilt originally ordered and they would give us a $100 refund. We received the light saber on May 4 - without the soundboard and it's been 9 business days (13 total) and we've seen no refund. So, we DID receive the light saber, but NO REFUND. We paid $196 for a $96 light saber. I'm just glad we got something, but if you're reading this --- do NOT TAKE THE CHANCE and order from this company, unless you're willing to take a loss. Shame on Ultra Saber for not only taking advantage of me, but most importantly my 14 year old, who trusted and believed the reviews he found and saw on YouTube, TikTok and the internet. He learned a valuable lesson - do NOT TRUST online vendors.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
