I went into the Fort Smith store yesterday. The sign said mix it up and buy one get one free upto $70 so I went to purchase the Pureology. All the signs were every shelf except for the large liters that were $90. I picked up the next size they had not the trial size but the $37 I believe is what they were. They said that was not part of the sale on the trial size. Those were like $15 or something. The sign said a range upto $70. They would not honor their sale. This is twice they did this crap when I went in there to get something from that store. That is false advertisting.

We ordered a hair product that never arrived They claimed it came at 7 am to our front door. Nothing arrives at that hour in our area ever. Our ring camera shows nothing arrived. I have been arguing with them unsuccessfully for weeks. They tell me to check the area around my door. I will never order from them again. Their customer service is non existent for online orders. They will refuse to give you the time of day if a package is stollen in transit like ours or off your porch.

I placed an order during the black Friday sales. My order stated it was shipped the next day. 2 weeks went by and the order never was actually shipped stating it was awaiting pick up from the carrier. I spoke to customer service several times about this issue and was promised that my order would be reproccessed and shipped back out. Instead, they cancelled my entire order refunding it. Then told me that I could go online and reorder at what the current price was of the items. They did not care to correct their mistakes at any level along the customer service chain.

I was online adding to my cart when my app glitches. I noticed my shopping cart had suddenly been cleared. So I closed app and opened thinking it would reset. Nope. So I added items back into my cart. Then I purchased. I receive 2 emails saying 2 orders were placed. Both were duplicate. So, immediately I texted customer service (within 5 min) to have them cancel 1st order. I explained my situation and was told by 6 different people they couldn't cancel my order. All of them assured me they could help, wasted my time just to tell me their bs system wouldn't allow them to cancel my order that hasn't been shipped. I have been a customer for years and they just lost one due to bs policies and incompetent agents.

ULTA- Shipping Scam

ULTA Scam. Warning- Don't order online.
I ordered over $110 in product from Ulta with a total of 6 products. A padded envelope arrived with one of the six products. When I contacted the company through email and by phone, they refused to make the situation right saying they could see that a package had been delivered. I contacted the BBB to file a complaint and realized they have a ONE STAR rating with them as well. Even with the BBB contacting them to help resolve this issue of the missing product, Ulta refused to talk with me live or make an effort to resolve the issue. Look at their reviews on the BBB, TrustPilot, Consumer Reports, etc. This is not an isolated incident.

While shopping at the Winter Garden store in Orlando Fl. It took forever to find someone on the floor to assist me with a question. Also, please speak to that extremely aged platinum bottled blond up at the front counter about snatching money and giving customers their change back on the counter. If I'm giving you my money in your hand the least you can do is return my change back to me in that same hand. You're welcome!

I have had NOTHING but problems with the customer service dept that is connected to their online business. It is so frustrating and SO disappointing. Since for the most part the people that work in the stores are so nice and so helpful. I have repeatedly had issues with an overseas staff that doesn't speak English very well, that doesn't understand how to problem solve and where there are NEVER ANY supervisors available on the weekends and NO ONE stateside that is even REMOTELY involved in handling their completely negligent foreign staff. I have had issues where it has taken more than 7 days for a supervisor to get back to me and STILL can't solve the problem! Today I called about an order I placed last Monday that the person I spoke to today told me he couldn't react or help with the issue until FRI of this Week? What? It hasn't shipped! SOMEONE who works for ULTA should be able to call the Wearhouse and ASK WHY it hasn't shipped yet. I am so done. DO NO reach out to me unless you work for the company STATESIDE. Because I promise you NO ONE in the Philippines can help me or even understand me and I am TIRED of the form letters you make them send out. I may as well be dealing with BOTS. Horrible customer service

Absolutely a horrible experience. I ordered my order months ago, two products were missing, and one was broken. I reached out and they said they were going to resend out the broken and missing products. They never did.

I reached out yet again, and they finally refunded me for the broken item and the lip glosses that were missing. This is the second time I've had an order completely messed up / broken from Ulta shipping. At this point, I want to delete my account, and I will not ever be shopping at Ulta again after a customer of 20 years.

I order from Sephora way more often than Ulta anyways, because of their superior shipping and the ease of their customer service. Ulta has lost a customer for life. This is a horrible experience, and no way to treat your guest especially after they reach out repeatedly to correct your mistakes.

Somebody definitely dropped the ball and they could've done more to keep me as a customer Their points system sucks anyways, and there's really no incentive to shop there.

Over the past few years, Carolin Trails has been surrounded by controversy about their wilderness therapy program death where a young teenager named Alec Lansing lost his life while camping at their program. Which shocked every parent whose kids were in that program for treatment.

What a rock too!

The service is outstanding which is kind of shocking considering the price (it's a lot of money to me but these days I am often made to feel like I'm cheap when I'm just someone with no extra money so this a huge splurge and she didn't treat me like it was no biggie..

Website and app only allows you to use one gift card at a time. So you either have to spend your own money on the remainder of the order, defeating the purpose of a gift card, or you have to split your order up into multiple orders and pay multiple shipping charges on each.

I received a gift but I had the item and went to Ulta to exchange. First, cashier told me I could not so she would return the money for person that bought the gift. Luckily my in law sent the invoice and I showed her yes, I can exchange for something else. She said in a rude way we will have to call the manager to fix your issue. The manager came and I said I just want to exchange or a gift card. She gave me one and I asked if could buy online because online store has more itens (the Ulta stores in US are a mess). She said yes you can buy online. Nope, in store use only so I came back to other Ulta and the very nice girl gave me a valid gift card. Here is the main problem, my address was saying invalid (never, ever had a problem with my address. Tried everything and talking in chat She said I might have spelled wrong. What? I just want to spend my gift card! Finally found out that the my apt number was not in address 2 and it could not be in capitol letter. No coma, no capitol letter, no abbreviated, nothing!

Package arrived EMPTY

I ordered the intense prada paradox perfume $92.01 with the promo code. I rushed home with a notification of delivery, only to open the package and its empty. Nothing but a return shipping label. Examining the bubble package it had been cut under a flap and re-taped. Either somebody from the warehouse never packaged it or somebody in transit stole it! Ulta customer service was no help. How do you find a missing item and the tracking number shows delivered? Run tapes back in the warehouse? I feel scammed. Out of money. My Christmas present to myself is stolen. Im not rich. I work hard for my money just to have someone steal from me.

Online Purchase. Although I am happy with my purchases, I am leaving this review at a 2 star due to the lack of helping out with the free gift offer after the order was completed. It was not easy to figure out how to apply the free gifts at checkout and then after my $170 order, I was told they could not add my free gifts, so I missed out. I feel as if this is not right, a free gift should be able to apply after the fact, I am still purchasing the items! I will leave my 2 star review for the lack of customer service towards a purchase and remind everyone to make sure you add the free gifts and that they show correctly upon checkout, or you will miss out!

Shoppers beware

Ulta shoppers beware! My wife bought a few products from Ulta and decided she needed to return. Brought the items to local Ulta store, with the original sales receipt and was told her return could not be processed without a phone number. She bought the items under her sister's phone number, it's a loyal program I guess. Anyway, she did not have her phone with her at the time to give the number. Sales associate at the register insisted she could not process the return without a phone number. Again, the original receipt for purchase she has with items for returns. Finally the sales associate offers to speak with a manager. The manager states the same thing, but says she will process the return. As my wife is asking questions on this trying to understand such a ridiculous return policy, the manager then says our return policy is on the receipt which states phone number. My wife says yes. It's also states if not bought with a phone number of record, the original sales receipt must be presented. Here is my sales receipt so I do not understand why I was told my return could not be processed. Simply dumbfounded about this. This was frustrating to say the least. Ulta has lost a shopper here. On a side note, the sakes associate and manager were not rude in this transaction, just not aware of their own store policy as it is written.

All talk and no action!

In September 1,2023 I placed my monthly Ulta order with some expensive add ons. I had been waiting on a great lip plumper I had my eye on to go on sale, $49 StriVectin Double fix. It was still same price, but they were giving away a free gift with the purchase of the plumper. A StriVectin anti wrinkle trio for the neck, eye, and face came with the $49 StriVectin Double fix purchase. That's all! Great I said! Âdd to cart! Well my package arrived quickly and guess what? No gift! NOTHING! Only the items I ordered that's it. After several texts and phone calls back and forth with Ulta, still nothing. Also, I have been called a liar, not in those exact words but the context and pretty much that my memory is bad. I was told the promo said I had to spend $85 which is what the following weeks promo was running. Then they go and change the add to that new one. I usually screenshot the promos and of this one I forgot to do that. Oh well, stupid stroke. I may have been born at night but it wasn't last night! I have spent a lot of $$$ over the years and I'm done with Ulta! I'm a stand-up comedian and video influencer, I may have a few followers lol and a big mouth. Best and worst advertisement is and always will be word of mouth. Also my birthday is September 13, they're supposed to give a birthday gift. Never received it neither. Thanks Ulta

Terrible customer service online and in store. I spent 3000 in one day, and not that I deserve special treatment, but Im clearly someone who gives them business. This business turned into a joke. They clearly cant handle clients, and no wonder they have $#*!ty reviews everywhere. I'll take my money elsewhere.
