Tried twice to have them cancel delivery by mail and still receive their catalogue.
We have been with Uline for years, and this past year the quality of the boxes have been insane. I barely put any pressure on the side of the boxes and they will fall apart. I have to tape up the sides because of it, and it's something that we should not have too. Definitely do not recommend to others, plus prices shot up a crap ton.
12 years Army experience, 6 years in a combat environment, but my resume was not good enough for an interview as a warehouse worker, just an email saying no thank you. This is not a veteran friendly company
I have made multiple purchases from Uline over the years of boxes and other shipping supplies. More recently I've been purchasing shelving, storage carts, organizing bins, and various packaging supplies from Uline and I am THRILLED with the quality every single time. The shelves and carts are extremely durable and not terribly difficult to put together. I always receive everything that I ordered and everything is brand new quality, no dents or marks on the packing supplies. I also found out that Uline offers free gifts for certain purchase amounts, I got the camping chair/cooler and was shocked at the high quality of the free gift!
I have called Uline a couple of times about orders or for information and a real person answers the phone within just a couple of rings and they are always helpful and prompt. Delivery is quick and seamless. Uline is a company that really appreciates their customers and has business solutions for ALL business sizes, and they also have wonderful products for home storage use as well. I highly recommend them!
I recently ordered a Gamma Seal screw top lid for a 2 gallon bucket online from Uline. It turned out that I wasn't able to use it because it didn't fit the bucket I had nor ones I tried at other stores. Uline's customer service is available 24/7 every day of the year. I called their customer service late on a Friday. The person who took my call, looked up the specific item I had purchased, found the necessary spec's for the bucket the lid would fit and emailed them to me. She was patient, courteous and helpful. I still wasn't able to find the right bucket in stores near me. Uline sells the correct bucket, but only in minimum quantities of 5. I emailed them asking if I could buy a single bucket. Within minutes I received a phone call from customer service. They were not able to sell me a single bucket, but they very willingly offered to just re-imburse me for what I paid for the lid without even shipping it back to them.
I could not ask for better customer service and appreciate how they treated me.
On a separate note, I am a retired science and woodshop teacher. When I was teaching I occasionally purchased products from Uline for my science labs and shop classes and was always pleased with the high quality of their products.
Won't stand behind their products. Even worse customer service! I will never again give this horrid company my money!

A few years ago Uline "acquired" my home-business address; it took several attempts to end the unsolicited flow of catalogues. This year I was shopping on-line for a plastic garden box; I ordered one, with some trepidation, from Uline. The unassembled plastic garden box came in a packing cardboard box with a catalogue. This packing box was packed in a larger shipping box with plastic bubble wrap and a SECOND catalogue. (The two catalogues weighed the same amount as the plastic garden box, doubling the shipping weight.) Then, within a month, there was ANOTHER catalogue in my mailbox. STOP STOP STOP the catalogues! STOP the packing waste.

This company doesn't verify businesses. They get names and threaten to send your information out to the third parties for collections. Their customer service is horrible. When working on an issue asking for an email confirmation on the phone conversation with the manager, Laura, she "preferred not to send" an email confirming she changed the information from my name to the companies's name that the product was for. Not a professional, quality, company. I would encourage everyone to purchase products elsewhere. It sounds like fraud and immorality is the culture at Uline.
I have purchased product from Uline for my two restaurants several times over the past few year and received excellent service each and every time. I don't understand how some f the reviews people post are even possible.
I just installed two storage cages that were delivered on time (3 days) and in great shape to replace units purchase from Grainger that took 6 weeks to get here and were damaged. Grainger told me another 6 weeks to get the Hallowell cages. ULINE is the way to go!
Be aware that the bubble mailers have Uline logo on them! I bought the white bubble mailers which didn't show in the product photo that it has Uline written on them. They refused to provide a free return saying that it was specified in the "additional info" section. It's ridiculous that they're charging a customer for a return when it's their fault that they didn't adequately provide product details.
I ordered a CASE Of reflective tape. Ad stated $58/10 rolls per case
I paid 89$.
They sent me ONE roll.
And when I called said I needed to speak to someone because I received one roll of a 10 roll case order...
The lady knew EXACTLY who I was;

They won't stop sending us these massive, heavy wasteful catalogs. We've never bought anything from them. THREE catalogs to three different small businesses in my building end up on my desk every time they send them out. We have tried their web form three times now to get taken off their mailing list that no one here has ever asked to be on. We don't even order from them - we use local stores. Completely unsolicited.
Sadly, Uline and the people who run it are crazy, heartless, greedy conservatives. Avoid at all costs. Don't support people who are anti-human rights, anti-environment and 100% greedy.

Not sure how anyone could use this company not only are they terrible in customer service their owners are insurrectionists who are actively trying to DESTROY AMERICA. Spend your money somewhere else, maybe with a company not run by a billionaire couple who couldn't give a damn about America or it's People, "We the People" will remember you...
Well I have been buying for year in this store, I buy table sealers, supposedly they have 30 day warranty, for years not claiming it, but having a lot of issues with sealers that they last 2 weeks so, I decided to call them and have them fixed it was a fight over the phone to get a label when they received sealers they said it was broken once sent it back never fixed other times, the just sent it back without fixing them it, I called them when they called me they wanted to charge me for fixing them, knowing I sent it back because they never fixed them. Honestly if you want to lose your money and patience buy there, otherwise please run away they not even know what to say when you ask them about warranty
Not a reliable dependable employee answering telephones at all in this company! False advertisement! Reliably inconsistant telephone service! Products sold so difficult to use they have to be a joke! Ordering from inline is like wishing in one hand and $#*!ting in the other!
This place is awesome, had my order within 2 days, one chair had an issue the customer service person, Jessica, was absolutely awesome fixed the issue and I ordered more!
When a company's owner feels they have to insert a full page Trump ad into their catalog, it's a sure fire way to lose even more business they complain of losing. December 2020 was my final purchase and I will be cancelling catalogs and trashing those I receive. Purchases will now go to unbiased suppliers.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY! Confirmed 3 TIMES my address and phone number. Sent it to the wrong address and driver didn't even call the right number. I had to leave work and lost over $150 from cancelled customers and now I may miss my sons regional track meet because of all of this. I am beyond MAD right now! NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! Not to mention my last few orders of bubble bags have been the incorrect size (shorted by a solid inch and less quantity in the boxes than stated on the outside of the box.)
I am considering not using this company anymore because I cant get them to stop sending catalogs- don't they care about our planet
