It's one of those weird situations. I ordered from this website only because my usual port of call had crashed due to an increase of business. I placed my order and almost immediately I'm being advised that my details are linked to fraudulent activity. I've been using the same details for years and never had any problem. Then I received an update saying that everything was okay and they were processing my order. They provided a bogus tracking number which was not recognised by the delivery company they use. I immediately thought scammers and they've got my money. On thinking this I commenced a somewhat fruìtless attempt at communication which only bore results after I had lost my $#*! with them.
I did however eventually receive my order but I'll not be back. If this is a new business then they should consider sacking the GM because they've not got a clue about good customer service whatsoever. Real shame.
Stay away from this site they will take your money and run!
After weeks of corresponding as to why my order has not yet been shipped,
(they did however get their $ from my credit card immediately) all they've managed to come up with is tons of BS and misleading emails. No concrete answers or information.

DO NOT SHOP with this bunch of unprofessional rip off merchants. Totally disgusting behaviour. I ordered a shirt with a player's name on at the start of January. After several days I still had no order confirmation or number. I emailed and got no reply. It was a birthday present so I ordered elsewhere and emailed again stating I was cancelling my order and wanted a refund. It's been well over a month - I don't have the shirt and I haven't had a refund. They keep emailing now saying I can't have a refund. The emails are rude and inaccurate. I would seriously recommend this scam company any be avoided.
Look anywhere else if buying football rig outs as a present for birthdays or Christmas. This company will take your money, tell you that your stuff has been shipped and that is the last you will hear. Handed over 42 sterling for a rigout 3 months in advance of my 4 year olds birthday last sept.Its as if they where a fly by night crowd, non contactable. I followed their complaint/refund procedure by hand writing a letter to their 'head office' in Hamilton. THIEVES.
Despite the short notice of our order in the run up to Christmas delivery was made in time. We were also very pleased with the quality of the shirt we received as some we had purchased in the past from other suppliers had been disappointing.
Having two football mad grandsons we will definitely be ordering again.
Ok... so UK soccershop are a straight sell outfit. You order they supply. Any issues email and return, wait and resolved.
Its outside of general desires to want to speak to someone... but in every instance of using the service they do provide I've not been disappointed!
Items are of genuine and high quality... weirdly unlike some direct kit sources like clubs, shops and flea bay... which produce some questionable items of low quality.
I'll keep using UKS with the current format and will recommend them to others.
If anyone is remotely concerned about service or quality, I'd suggest using a credit card since then any final problems con covered by the card providers guarantee.

Great service, UkSoccerShop where the only people with the Liverpool 19/20 goalkeeper kit in stock. Unlike most other sites they didn't exploite this fact and over inflate their prices. Thanks once again for a pleasant and reliable service.
Ordered a football shirt for my son's birthday. Initially looked liked the order was rejected by them for further credit card checks which delayed shipping. After reading some of the other reviews I was starting to think the shirt wouldn't arrive, it did though after 3 days and the whole experienced could have been improved by issuing a tracking number rather than just saying shipped. Great quality shirt and would buy from again.
Informed of order progresa at each stage, accurate billing, four-hour delivery via courier window email clearly worded, overall very good experience. The only improvement for mainland UK orders like mine, would be a precise delivery day given once order picked at the warehouse, or even better, as soon as your order is confirmed.
The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. They've lost my order, can't find it, won't credit me, won't send me a new order... I bought a soccer kit for my sons birthday. Delivery was advised 5-7 days... it has now been 14 weeks and they are ignoring me. I've missed my son's birthday and it is now the end of the soccer season. Poor communication. I bought a jersey through a marketplace and had to ship it back to them as it was too big (I paid for the return). Not only did they apparently not receive the products but I had to send many messages and threaten them to finally get a (negative) answer. Appealing customer service overall. I was going to purchase another one in the right size but decided I'd rather just not even buy it anymore.
I ordered more than a week ago a Jersey for my son for Christmas. Paid for 2 day shipping. I have contacted company several times and they say they cannot provide status updates nor cancel the order or refund shipping charge. I think this store may be fraudulent and if I ever do receive the jersey I paid for - then what terrible business they do! Stay away! Find a legitimate soccer shop that can locate your order based on the order number - not a response like " it's like finding a needle in a haystack "! Yep that is what I was actually told by email from uksoccer!

Don't buy from this company. The quality of the items are poor and they are obviously fake. I've put in a claim via pay pay and can get a refund. Problem is that goods need to be returned and will cost another fortune to return. Fellow Australians, don't bother! They are Advertising that they are now shipping to Australia. Arsenal black / grey shirt ordered as Xmas present. Worn once and even before washing pink sponsor logo had already started to peel. Advised UKSS who asked to see it. Sent back to them and told as personalised that they were not liable and need to send money to have returned back to us. We countered that as faulty and within timescales they obliged to refund / replace. Since then they are not responding to any form of communication. So no shirt and payment made. Recommend that give serious consideration before ordering from this company.
