Bought a kit age 7-8. Kit arrives and the shirt is 2-3 inches shorter than expected (my sons older kits from when he was younger are bigger than this kit) and the top also has a burn mark. They never sent the order by recorded delivery as stated on their website and there was no dispatch email. Also there was no delivery note in the package. I submitted a request to pay the extra and exchange to a bigger size and was told no as the kit has printing on it (although I never at any stage clicked to have additional printing). Won't use this company again. Stuck with a kit that is too short and has a burn on it. Makes me now realise why they 'forgot' to put the paperwork in with my order which would allow me

So got the chelsea champions of europe home shirt - got to australia after three weeks -waiting for printing etc- it has the chelsea name on the tag that is attached to the shirt but it's missing the little gold star above the crest which it seems it should have- so made in China and dodgy printing? I am not sure if this is authentic chelsea gear so was going to contact the club-I thought this shop was a legitimate supplier?

The T-shirt I ordered came 6 weeks later despite the 4-6 days delivery time advertised. Then when I left a review on Trust Pilot, the company flagged it as fake and I had to send photos to prove my review and it was taken down anyway. Honestly the most disgusting company I've ever given money to.
Showing an item in stock in the size I wanted for my son for his birthday in 6 days. Was £10 more than any other site but they were showing stock available for instant delivery within the time frame. Paid an extra £5 for delivery to ensure it would arrive in time so now £15 more than anywhere else. Placed the order, had a message saying they were processing it and checking their warehouse before taking payment. Then they took payment and emailed to say item available and order confirmed. The next day I had a message of them saying sorry the item is out of stock and they cannot honour my order and a refund will be issued in 5 working days! That has now left me unable to order from elsewhere in time and without the money to even do so as by the time I get a refund his birthday would have passed. Will never use or recommend these to anyone.
UKsoccershop is a terrible company. I ordered a gift which arrived a month late (for a new born) and was not the correct product. They refused to offer me a refund even for the express delivery.
Staff were incredibly rude and arrogant. They are aware that you cannot get a refund once they have taken your money and have no morals.

I have had very poor service form UK Soccer Shop. They are miss leading with the descriptions of goods, & have failed to send my full order. Once I contacted them regarding my issues. I was met with a very abrupt series of emails, with which I had a continued correspondence. When I asked for a refund for my missing goods, and for a shirt I didn't order, I have been sent a generic response in the same conversation! Which show this company doesn't value their customers & gain money under false pretence. I would advise everyone to avoid dealing with this company!
I ordered Christmas presents worth of $200 for my kids. According to the website everything was in stock. I placed the order on November 29 but sadly, my kids never received their presents. Today, is December 28 and we they have not even shipped my order. The customer support is pretty HORRIBLE. They are not even willing to cancel my order.

I was looking for a t-shirt for my Subbuteo mad grandson and spotted this website on Google. They had just the thing I wanted - added bonus was that I could get Liverpool printed on it... double bonus points for this company. Also, its UK based and they offered prompt delivery, just in time for his birthday. Will be returning to the site to purchase in the future. Would highly recommend them.
Usually pretty good, their communication could be better though, like recently they said my order had triggered security checks and when i sent them what i thought was what they needed i never got confirmation (yes the shirts arrived) but they also failed to tell me they had been sent out, so i sent them an email and they didn't reply to that either, i will say i will definitely continue to shop here though as my relationship here is generally very good.
I purchased a toffs shirt, it is great quality and I thought the price was good value. There is a 4-6 Week Delivery time for some items so be aware of that. When I asked a question by email they were very quick to reply which I thought was impressive.
I have used uksoccershop four times now and have always been pleased with the service. The longest I have ever had to wait for delivery was three days and I've never had any of the problems mentioned by other users. Bought another shirt for Christmas this year and it arrived exactly as described.
I ordered from these in June over a month and still haven't received my goods, customer service is disgraceful they wont give me an update apparently not there problem as they gave it my company to deliver. They say they will look into it and dont I am now a month waiting with no goods and £150 down. Absolutely disgusting company.
Ive ordered items and received them ok, but when returning sizes that didn't fit correctly, they told me they had refunded me, but they lie and never actually refund the items to your account,& then stop replying to your questions and ignore the problem. Im currently going through a bank dispute to get my money back, Avoid them at all costs

Living in Australia the choice of soccer kits locally is not great but was able to place a large order (10 jerseys!) for me and my friends for my favourite teams. The delivery took around 10 days, but everything was exactly as I wanted it. I will be back for more later in the year.
I've been waiting for nearly a month for an item that was listed as 'available now'. Incredibly disappointed as this was to be a gift for my nephew. Very little response from them save for them repeatedly telling me that the stock has not arrived from their vendor. The false advertising is completely unacceptable and if an item is a pre-order item or *gasp* UNAVAILABLE, then do us all a favor and say so. Ridiculous.
Lovely item but I did use the tracking number provided to check the delivery progress of my order and it was not recognised. I emailed to see wether I would receive the item in time as it was a birthday gift and never got a reply. Luckily the item arrived a day or two later so I didn't have to rush out to buy a replacement gift. The football training top was good quality and the free delivery voucher meant I got it at a very reasonable price.
