The item I ordered took a month to be delivered BUT I was kept informed by email of the delay, and as I was not in a rush, I was happy with this.
They told me that what i ordered came out of stock and if i would like to replace it with another item which i agreed to in a couple of minutes of them telling me that. I asked them to confirm that they are sending the item but my order is still pending and no update has been given to me.
Regarding purchasing and delivery of item it was excellent, but I did email twice nearly 2 weeks ago regarding new stock and still havent received a reply.

I ordered replica kit for my grandsons birthday paid extra for DHL to deliver on the 12th August but it did not arrive. Tried emailing but got no reply.
Parcel arrived too late on the 16 August as it was sent via Royal Mail so I returned it the same day.
On the 17 August I received an email acknowledging receipt of the kit and that I would receive the refund within 3-5 days. It is now 4 October and still no refund, yet it is a legal requirement to refund online customers within 14 days. After reading past reviews it sees this company has scant regard for the law
After buying something off their website, not only did they let me know after buying it that it wasn't available. But, they claim to have refunded back for the product, which was never deposited! After complaining about this situation they haven't been at all helpful. They only told me it was refunded back and that was the end of it. Didn't even try to help sort out the problem. I am still working on getting the refund back since it was $130. Such a disgrace!

Lovely item but I did use the tracking number provided to check the delivery progress of my order and it was not recognised. I emailed to see wether I would receive the item in time as it was a birthday gift and never got a reply. Luckily the item arrived a day or two later so I didn't have to rush out to buy a replacement gift. The football training top was good quality and the free delivery voucher meant I got it at a very reasonable price.

I have no idea what the Email means 'check your card statement' and there are no answers to my constant phone calls and only an acknowledgement Email in reply to my frequent Emails. I have no way of knowing if I will receive the order or to go out to a shop and buy the kit again. Is this a genuine company or am I being defrauded?
I ordered a jersey which is listed as available on the website. Despite paying for delivery within 4-6 working days, 10 days later the item has not even been dispatched. It is still listed as "preorder". This is very disappointing and not acceptable. I will never shop using this website again, and I would not advise anyone else to either.
