Was employed over Christmas period and during time there was physically threatened by staff and told not to return before end of my employment and when I email the owner asking why I wasn't to return I had no response and have never heard from the company again absolutely horrible worse place I have ever worked and don't recommend at all

Ordered New Mexico '18 shirt in Nov '17 for my friends 50th Birthday.
At the time I ordered it, the website's product status was "Available".
As soon as I paid for the item, the Confirmation email stated "Pre-order"!
Numerous communications later, that achieved nothing; and then, without any update: It suddenly arrived on Tuesday - TWO months after I had placed the Order!
Luckily, It was the correct Shirt, size and had the extra details added.
I guess I should be grateful that we received a jersey... late, after Christmas and about 6 sizes too small! I've tried unsuccessfully to reach out to company (even using their "sales" email that they claim is the channel to use with order issues) three times just asking for a copy of my order so I can see where the error was. Did they mess up the order or did I? It's clear to me now where the fault lies just given how useless they are in getting back to their customers. Looking back on their emails to me, they are all very "vague"--no order details, just a tracking number.
Working with PayPal to get my money back. Steer clear of UK Soccer Shop! They are a hot mess.
Ordered products arrived on time and in good condition. Only scored 4 as the shirts were in a simple plastic envelope so depending on what you are ordering, you may prefer something more robust but was fine for me.
This company is a total scam. Took the money then couldn't supply and no refund despite their promises. Total con trick

This company is by far the WORST company I have ever done business with in my life! Despite messing up my order, their customer service (which you can only access via email) was unbelievably bad! Rather than refund $20 I paid in express shipping when my package did not arrive, the guy engaged in an argument with me over email as to why that was not their fault! Do NOT do business with this company. They are horrible!

I orders a football top but realized I had ordered the wrong size. I tried contacting them the in the morning via the contact page and email but I didnt receive any replies. So before I knew it I had 2 tops by the weekend. The delivery service was quick but to contact the site is hard work. I will return but I think I better triple check sizes before I order.
I got the product I purchased in less than 5 days. Wasn't expecting it for at least 12 days. Product is of top quality and just what I expected. Will definitely order from this site again.
Do not expect to get your delivery anytime soon - and certainly not anywhere near the timelines displayed on the website!
