Good response time. Received quickly despite wanting customisation. Very impressed. One small gripe is that it is quite expensive but the look on my grandsons face more than made up for the price. Will probably use again as quality seems very good.

I was dubious of buying from the site as it seemed so cheap. I took the plunge! The quality of the football top and hoodie is amazing! The price was even better! Highly recommend!

Delivery straightforward and no issues. Items received were correct size but not official kits which was surprising.

I ordered a personalised McLaren polo shirt, printed with 3 initials on.
I love the shirt and what a great idea to be able to personalise it.
The only reason I haven't given this review 5 stars is due to the length of time it took from placing my order, to receiving it, this needs improving in order for me to consider buying further items.
Otherwise, a great online store, prices are fair, based on everywhere else, and the online communication was great.

Bought my son a football shirt from these cowboys. Within a few weeks the lettering was cracked and peeling off. I contacted them and was told it was wear and tear. After paying over £100, I am disgusted with the quality. The shirt is not fit for purpose, obviously poorly made and I feel I've been robbed of my money. AVOID!

Ordered something off this site. It came exactly when they said it would and they kept me updated every step of the way.
All the gear they sell is legit and of good quality.
Will 100% order from them again.

I ordered a jersey w/name & number on it. The sent a blank one. They refused to send another one w/name & number, which is what I ordered. They refused to refund me the order. They would only give a partial refund, unless I mailed back the item they mistakenly sent me. The one I didn't purchase at all. Unbelievable that they think they can charge me for something I didn't buy.

What can I say apart from AVOID this company at all costs. Terrible service from the start. Sent the wrong items, awful quality products, late delivery after paying for a quicker delivery & still owe me my postage back from returning the items. Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. AVOID.

Seen this in there catalogue and it looked fantastic. Due to my size I ordered the xxl and when it arrived first impression was o. M. g. Perfect fit looks the bee's knees. This site is easy to use and navigate. Even I managed to get to the end without any hiccups lol. If I had a small criticism it would be the length of time it's taken to arrive but I think it might be ghat there's a rush on this particular shirt as you can expect.

The key chain I got had a small scratch on it and as for the t-shirt, the name was printed smaller than I expected. The t-shirt delivery was quite slow, and when I requested an update, customer service was poor - I had to write in three times before I got a response. Frustrating because I lived far away and was using this site for the first time - of course I ended up with doubts regarding your credibility. The products weren't cheap for me and there was no way for me to be assured that all was going to be okay.

Ordered a Paraguay shirt for my son's Christmas present, arrived with a week, looks great, will deffo order from them again.

Placed an order for a Spurs jersey. For 6 months, nothing. Got fed up and asked to cancel the order and get a refund. They said ok. Well 6 months later still no refund. And they won't respond to my requests asking what the heck is going on. Avoid.

Just a hick up with size due too Nike letting us down. UK Soccer Shop sorted out the size and got back to me,
It was printed and sent to me the next day, very quick and helpful. I will use you again and thanks. Simon Lucas

The quality of the shirt looks very good, delivery was as expected, very satisfied.
This was not a cheap shirt but the finished article would appear to justify the price!

I bought this for my brother as a 60th Birthday present and it went down very well. It took a few weeks to personalise etc due to current circumstances, but the end result was worth the wait, thank you.

I would not buy anything from the company. I ordered a jersey for my son, Youth XL. They sent an adult XL. I was charged for the shirt, but I obviously could not use it. I ordered another jersey through Fruugo to get the right jersey for his birthday. I had no idea Fruugo would use UK Soccer Shop to fulfill the order. I asked Kelly, the sales rep for UK soccer Shop for a refund, but they would not replace the shirt without me returning it, which I did. They claimed to initiate a return for the cost of the jersey, but not the two shipping costs, which were more than the cost of the jersey. Kelly explained that both shipping costs would be refunded as well. The "initiated refund" never happened and Kelly from UK Soccer Shop stop answering my emails. Scam.

Good support and efficient delivery. Wasn't planning to purchase originally but follow up mails convinced me. Speedy shipment

It's came very fast, however no name or number as I thought I requested. I think was my fault, but overall, the service is really good.

I really struggled getting the 2018/19 ManUtd and this site had it albeit preowned. It did however have a foul smell. I am definitely buying from this site again but perhaps brand new instead.
