I ordered two t-shirts on May 30th. I paid for quick delivery. Immediately my ordered was categorized as a retro shirt order that would take weeks to process.
I requested an update on my order in July and was told I would receive my order in the 1st week of August.
In the 2nd week of August I requested an update. I was told I would receive my order in September.
I cancelled my order and received a refund.
The items I ordered are Copa t-shirts. They are no longer available on the Copa website. I believe that UKsoccershop were trying to sell me counterfeit goods.
My advice is stay away
They do not answer email or the phone plus they do not tell you when items are pre order but take your money.
Product was perfect as been looking for this for awhile would've been five stars but it took a wee while to arrive.

Item never arrived, no contact with company via phone or email. Lost our money would advise never to use this company.
Ordered items for the world cup. All items were said to be in stock (and are still showing). Nearly two months later not received anything. Seller does not respond. Do not buy from these guys! Seeking legal help.
Arsenal black / grey shirt ordered as Xmas present. Worn once and even before washing pink sponsor logo had already started to peel. Advised UKSS who asked to see it. Sent back to them and told as personalised that they were not liable and need to send money to have returned back to us. We countered that as faulty and within timescales they obliged to refund / replace. Since then they are not responding to any form of communication. So no shirt and payment made. Recommend that give serious consideration before ordering from this company.

I too made an order for juventus kids kit. All confirmed and charged for the hours later am e mail to say out of stock refund will be made in 3-5 days! How can they charge when they have not sold you anything! Cheats do not buy from them
Things can always be better no matter what, so I'll give UKsoccershop a 4/5. Everything went smoothly and accordingly.
Stay away from these, they trading practices have been reported by me to the trading authority and citizens advice, you order products and they are all available, you pay next day delivery, then bang! You get a email the day after the delivery date saying stock on pre order 10 day wait ( 5 emails sent by me to get that answer) I went back on line and guess what all products available, waiting for another fool to be duped. Stay clear of these you will be duped like I was - read the reviews by other duped customers... hoping the trading authority sorts these out. July 25th 2018
I ordered a Denmark Shirt on 4 July. Now on 27 July, nothing has arrived. Although I have tried many times, they won't answer phone calls or emails. It feels like I have been scammed.
Asked for the order to be delivered asap as it was a birthday present for my nephew and it came to me within one day, super fast! And amazing quality
The jersey was awesome. Best thing was price! It was really reasonable compare to other sites. My brother got really happy.

Sent an email asking if my parcel would arrive as paid for express delivery, no reply in 24 hours and the telephone number provided just rang out, I went into a slight meltdown thinking I had been ripped off... but my parcel did arrive the next day and it was all correct, so my panic was for nothing, maybe this company have just had a blip with orders due to the World Cup I dont know. Would suggest trying to answer emails and phone calls a bit quicker to get you a better reputation and not worry customers as there are some really bad reviews on there that had I read before placing my order I would never have placed an order
